Really uniquely designed room, spacious, well lit with easy access to roof patios. A nice place to stay and a very tasty breakfast. Best location and simple walk into town.

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal muy amable. Las vistas desde el hotel son muy bonitas y el desayuno es completo.
Nuestra habitación era bastante incómoda. Tenia dos camas unidas que se hundían en el centro, así que era como dormir en dos camas separadas. El baño era súper claustrofóbico, la puerta prácticamente rozaba la mampara de la ducha al abrir. Además la privacidad era nula, ya que las dos ventanas de la habitación daban a la terraza desde donde se veían los globos o la gente contemplaba el paisaje. Creo que en otras habitaciones, la experiencia es distinta a la nuestra y la relación calidad precio mejora.
El lugar es maravilloso, está muy bien ubicado, todo limpio y el personal es muy atento. Volvería feliz al lugar

Great experience, friendly staff
I'd like to start with the staff because they are the first people you meet once you get there. Boris and Murat were so nice and helpful, from booking the balloon ride with their help, to helping with little surprises for my birthday. The room was clean, we had everything we needed there, the view from the terrace outside the room was insane, especially if you wake up in the morning to see the balloons. There is also a rooftop, where we enjoyed spending quiet and nice time in the evening, at the same time, enjoying the view over Goreme. Overall, we had a blast and we would definitely come back.
Very good location with perfect access to everything.
Staff were most willing and helpful with the rental car, especially since parking is tricky. (They would get cars moved very swiftly to enable us to get our car out promptly.)
Lovely breakfast spread and a very friendly and helpful staff member overseeing breakfast - a lady whose name I unfortunately didn't get.

Having a rooftop which was perfect for viewing the early morning balloons flying across the sky.
Water in the fridge which we were also able to top up from a water dispenser at reception.
A small, intimate hotel which matched our preference as we don't particularly like large, resort-style hotels.
Be aware that cave rooms don't have windows so you can feel quite 'closed in', even if the room is large. This would be the same for all cave hotels though.
Would have been nice to have two pillows each, rather than one. (They may have been available on demand.)
Very limited and 'short' cupboard space with only two hangers each and no drawers. Our room was a King Room with Spa - not sure for the other room types. This may be due to most travellers only staying for a short time. We were there for 5 nights as part of a much larger trip so had our clothes in piles around the room.
