Loved this hotel - 100% recommend
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel in wonderful location. The hotel is amazing- clean, modern and full of wonderful decor and it smells so good too! The staff in all areas are 100% brilliant!

Great location and service.
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible. At least 10 different menu choices, each one very filling and delicious. The rooftop bar tender and service very good and the rooftop restaurant excellent with wonderful view of cathedral.

A tastefully elegant place to stay while visiting Cuenca
Pros:

Nice boutique & elegant property. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Restaurants were eclectic but elegant in decor with good menu selection. Room was pleasant and clean. Bathroom was stocked with all appropriate toiletries. Excellent location.
Rooftop restaurant (Zaza) provide great views of the Cathedral (specially at night) while enjoying dinner or a cocktail.

Cons:

Parking garage would have been a plus. But there was a parking structure just a block away.
