Had to pay 10 USD for a lost plastic key card. First time this happens in any hotel I have visited anywhere on the globe.

Comfort in Cuenca
Pros:

Everything! Beautiful lobby and rooftop lounge, Great bathroom. Very comfortable beds. One block from the central square. Very helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast included.

Cons:

A coffee maker in the room would be nice. Otherwise all good.

Oone of the most beautiful hotels in Cuenca with a superb customer service
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the location is ideal but it is the staff what makes the experience unforgettable. Breakfast menu is very diverse and exquisite. One of the best I had on a boutique hotel. Cocktails at night time on the roof top are a plus!!!

Cons:

This one is a matter of preference and age ;-): No AC. But it can't be helped. Its a colonial building not a modern facility. Staff went above and beyond to be sure I had a comfortable "cooler" night sleep.

Loved this hotel - 100% recommend
Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel in wonderful location. The hotel is amazing- clean, modern and full of wonderful decor and it smells so good too! The staff in all areas are 100% brilliant!

Great location and service.
Pros:

Breakfast was incredible. At least 10 different menu choices, each one very filling and delicious. The rooftop bar tender and service very good and the rooftop restaurant excellent with wonderful view of cathedral.
