Lekker relaxen in een gastvrij en huiselijk kader
Pros:

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst, zeer goed bed, lekker ontbijt, eitje gekregen, pistolets, koffiekoeken, yoghurt, kaasplankje en vleesjes...

Cons:

De kracht van de waterstraal onder de douche is beperkt. Er hingen flesjes zeep, en bodymilk van Likami, super, de bodymilk was echter op. Er staat een kleine make up spiegel, want er is geen grote spiegel aan de lavabo, maar de lichtjes van deze werken niet, batterij dient vervangen te worden? Dit zijn kleine dingen, ons verblijf was echt super!

Pros:

Everything was lovely. Gorgeous property, safe, secure and clean. Lovely staff. Very private area. The bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

Loved that it was located close to train station, didn't realize it was 30 min walk into the city. We should have rented bikes and then it would have been perfect.

Beautiful room in quiet courtyard without (but any personal attention).
Pros:

Beautiful room with exposed brick in a quiet courtyard. Close to great museums, and some 20 minutes by foot from the town center. The adjoining common kitchen and lounge area were well equipped and comfy. This is the seating area with coffee facilities mentioned in the add; not in the room itself, but in a common area (which was fine for us).

Cons:

In a small hotel called Chambre d’Amis, you would expect some personal attention. However, during our two nights (we booked one extra through their website) we never saw anyone. Not at check-in, not to ask whether all was okay, not during the day, not even at check-out; just a payment link for the extras…. In fairness, though, they were responsive through messaging.

Très bel endroit. Sans accueil
Pros:

L’établissement est très propre et accueillant
L’accueil en self bien organisé.
Néanmoins l’établissement est présenté comme une chambre d’hôtes, nous n’avons vu personne … ni pour nous accueillir, ni pour nous dire au revoir le lendemain. Dommage !
Notre séjour s’est néanmoins très bien passé.

Cons:

Les wc sont dans la chambre, sans cloisons, ce qui manque d’intimité.
Le système de chauffage est très bruyant.

Non è un b&b per baby boomer.
Pros:

Proprietario simpatico ed accogliente.
Struttura moderna immersa in un giardino.
Pulizia ok

Cons:

È una camera nella quale il bagno non è separato neanche da un muro: cioè si fanno i bisogni dietro un muretto basso e siete costretti a condividere davvero tutto ciò Vs partner: odori compresi... mah!
Riscaldamento centralizzato quindi non è possibile regolarlo e gli orari di accensione li decide la proprietà. In un posto freddo come il Belgio è davvero fastidioso.

Ihana intiimi piilopaikka suuren kaupungin sydämessä
Pros:

Aivan ihana miljöö piilossa vilkkaasta kaupungista. Huone oli todella uniikki ja isot ikkunat toivat ihanasti valoa huoneeseen. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Sunnuntain brunssi todella maistuva, samoin maanantai aamun intiimi aamupala vain meille kahdelle katettuna. Tänne tulisimme ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneen iso maitolasi-ikkuna porrakäytävään oli vähän outo. Ensimmäisenä yönä säikähdimme, kun naapurihuoneen asukkaat tulivat kotiin ja huoneemme täyttyi yllättäen valosta.

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to St, Pieter train station and central Ghent. The staff , Lucca and Glenn, were excellent. Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was magnificent and the grounds were beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Schöner Gartenblick am Rand der Genter Innenstadt
Pros:

Nett gelegen. Kann auch mal lauter werden, wenn im Garten Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Haben wir aber nicht erlebt. Frühstück war sehr gut. Fahrrad kann man gut unterstellen. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Gent.

Cons:

Mücken sind im Sommer unvermeidlich. Aber die kann man auch erledigen.
