Excellent séjour
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, emplacement à 15 min à pied du mémorial, beaucoup de restaurants à pied. Spa l’occitane très professionnel et la piscine est un vrai plus . Chambre familiale très grande et grand confort . Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

They closed the entire bar to guests on the night we visited. The only alternative was in room dining. Food was fine- service acceptable.

Great value for money!
Pros:

Very nice room! It was really big and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

Cons:

Could have been a little bit better cleaned.
Still pretty clean but saw some dust laying on the desk.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan.
Pros:

Good location, exceptionally clean and delicious buffet breakfast. The lobby had a nice ambience and wonderful smell.

Parking was expensive.

Staff were great throughout hotel and in particular at the excellent pool and spa

Cons:

Just a little walk from all the major sites but not really a problem as Taxis are very good value in the city and getting around with the suica card on all public transport is easy
