I would stay there again.
Pros:

Both the facilities and the staff were marvelous.
Everyone was very conscientious and polite. A great place to stay.

Pros:

I liked everything, from the warm greeting and service the minute you enter the hotel. While you wait to be checked in they bring tea, water, a wet flannel to refresh yourself. Lots of luxury goodies in the room. Central location close to trams. Great cafe and restaurants. Bed was a little on the firmer side but it wasn't too bad. Nice shower. The view and window seat was amazing and really nice to watch sunset.

Cons:

Vi havde på forhånd betalt for hotellet, men da vi tjekker ud for vi en ekstra regning på 1.200 yen, som de kalder for “service charge”.

スタッフの方々が、とても良くしてくださり、外出してもお出迎えも感じが良かったです。
また、ルームサービスの時も親切でした。
朝の忙しい時間にも関わらず、宅急便の配送の荷物も受取に来てくださり、とても感じが良かったです。

Cons:

喫煙所が余り綺麗で無かったのが残念です。
