EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA. Hotel de alto nivel en la ciudad de Hiroshima.
Personal más que amable y servicial.
Habitacion y hotel en perfecto estado con todas las comodidades. Baño de muy buenas dimensiones para un hotel en Japon e increibles vistas!!
Cuenta con varios restaurantes y espacios disponibles.
Recomiendo!

Cons:

La habitacion triplex es una habitacion normal con una cucheta extra. Esto vuelve bastante limitado el espacio en la habitacion, mas siendo 3 personas.
De todas maneras el cuarto esta muy bien equipado y cuenta con todas las comodidades.
LA UBICACION NO ES LA IDEAL, no se encuentra cerca de los puntos turisiticos, esta a unos 15 minutos en auto.

A must stay hotel location and lux.
Pros:

Wow, this Hilton hotel has set the standard. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Generous sized rooms, 12 pm check out, great location. A hotel where the guest is the focus. The buffet breakfast was incredible.

Great location, easy city to walk around rooms were beautiful and well kept
Pros:

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. The check-in process was easy, and there were plenty of cabs available right on-site. The hotel also offered all the amenities one could ever want for a great stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement, hôtel très luxueux, la taille de la chambre pour 4 personnes (1 lit chacun), la literie extrêmement confortable et le large choix au petit déjeuner. Ainsi que le calme dans la chambre (aucun bruit)

Pros:

部屋の綺麗さと無料で利用できるジムは良かった

Cons:

ビュッフェを2食付けたがあまり子どもが食べれるようなものがなく、外国人向けの味付けのようなものが多かった。
帰りの際、立体の駐車場に車を入れていたので係の者に申しつけて車を出庫して下さいと言われたが
駐車場に係の人が見当たらずに雨の中ウロウロしたが、結果いなかった。
ロビー近くの従業員に聞いてやっと係の人を呼んでもらえた。
出るのに15分ほど待たされて荷物も重いし小さい子どももいたので大変だった。

This property exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

All of the staff were excellent and super helpful. The food at all of the restaurants we ate at was delicious and not too outrageously priced all things considered. Wonderful Happy Hour cocktails at the bar each evening were an added bonus and the pool and sauna facilities were fantastic.
