Simply exceptional with wonderful staff - a gem
Pros:

We liked everything it was just superb. Staff the friendliest people possible and the hotel was super modern. Superb spacious bedroom, swimming pool and sauna excellent and we used the loccitane spa which was amazing. This is the best Hilton we have ever stayed at and of the smartest hotels we’ve visited. We couldn’t think of anything to improve.

Whilst a superb hotel it was the people who really made the stay so exceptional.

Pros:

Staff friendliness and always happy to help. Easy to transfer luggage to next hotel.

Cons:

No free wi-fi unless you become a Hilton member (luckily which is free) however still an unnecessary annoyance just to use the hotel Wi-fi. Mostly because other hotels during my stay in Japan gave free wi-fi upon check in.
The breakfast buffet not great. There were alot of options but the taste could do with an improvement for the price paid to stay at the hotel.

Cons:

What a pity we have to pay to rent swimcap (which are compulsory to go to the swimmingpool), in a five stars hotel, this is not very serious.

部屋はとても良いので次回も選択したい。ただ朝食付プランは不要。
