El trato del personal.
Las instalaciones y la habilitación, limpia, cómoda y con un baño amplio.
La ubicación muy cómoda si llegas en tren y muy buena para moverte por la ciudad caminando.

The location was ok, reception not very friendly. We wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

As happens sometimes we got the Booking room(worst room). It had no WiFi and was the farthest away from the elevator. We went back to complain and the girl at reception was not very excited about helping us, but eventually she found us another room. Quess what, this one not only had WiFi, but a mini fridge, a nice view, free water and it was much easier to get to! So..after all that the second room was fine!
