The room was awesome.
Food in Jaspers was really great staff in restaurant where fantastic.
Check in to hotel very slow no one in attendance.
Breakfast only open at 10am pitty food would have been great. The hotel as it states is over a late night venue and is very loud so much they offer ear plugs

Room very stuffy. In middle of a heatwave the fan just blows warm air

It was v noisy early in the morning with work going on outside
The room itself was of a very good standard, as was the en-suite which had excellent quality towels and shower gels, soap and body lotion. The location was excellent, with a car park attached to to the premises.
The only two problems with the room were the lack of air conditioning; it was 34 degrees which left it very difficult to sleep. The lighting in the hallway was exceptionally poor.

No air conditioning in the room, my god it was cruel.
They did provide a fan but it was no good with the temperature we are getting at the moment.
Plus couldn't open window with the noise of people outside.

ZERO soundproofing between rooms and lunatic’s pounding/battering on our neighbours door at 6:30 am. Loud arguing etc…
