Questionable vagrant in parking lot.
Broken furniture. Microwave didn't work nor ice machine. Bathtub handle about to fall off. Decorative bed pillow soiled. First room they gave us had ants and broken door jam. Homeless woman in car smoking pot with child and barking dog. Breakfast was poor. Attendant only putting out a couple things at a time. No bagels. Apple juice was watered down.

Rude staff. Dirty rooms including black mold in fridge, cigarette Burns in the sheets, dirty bathroom, strong marijuana order in room. Was only in room for a minute and left. Would not stay there. They refused to refund.

It was disgusting. Sewage didn't work properly and when we had a problem with the toilet we had to fix it ourselves even though it was caused by the sewage.

My toilet didn’t work maintenance never came to fix it my air didn’t work it was very hot my tub was dirty clogged with hair in the drain couldn’t shower
It was on Miller lane
Everything room was nasty had to change room because the first one was even worse. Microwave didn’t work, phone didn’t work, water pressure was not good, breakfast was disappointing , staff was rude.
Many missing broken parts in the room. Breakfast was pitiful and we chose not to eat it. The facility requested an additional $25 to move the an interior room entrance for safety.
Room was good. Staff were great. Our room wasn't ready when we got here so they were kind enough to upgrade us. Would definitely stay here again

The room 204 didn’t have any towels, the bed was very hard and noisy. The tv was up not set up straight. The heat was kind in and out so it was cold. And I asked for a late checkout only to be disturbed. So I don’t believe the communication with staff is best.

Needs to clean the rooms better. Gave us no towels !! My key wouldn’t work and I had to keep going downstairs to get a new one or for them to reprogram it. Soooo loud. People were so rude. They kept asking about housekeeping after saying no a bunch of times !! Very unhappy!!
