Unfortunately, would not stay here again, or recommend it to family or friends
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice, but everything else was not good

Cons:

A hotel was kind of rundown, scary visitors. The pool was green and trashed with garbage everywhere. Went to breakfast around 7:30 and there was nothing left but maybe an apple and a yogurt one biscuit.

Cold comfortable room floors are just filthy.
Pros:

The room was very quiet. A/c worked great. The location was where it need to be. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have USB plugs at the bed side(not that I trust to plug my phone in). Lighting in the parking lot was good. Wish it was a little more brighter.

Cons:

The floor was absolutely filthy. I spent the day training bare foot and my feet were not has dirty walking around in the room. The commode was very low to the floor. I felt like I was using an Asian style commode. I went for breakfast in the morning at nine a.m. and there was nothing except for biscuits and gravy. The biscuits looked like they were baked last week.

Not a pleasant experience.
Pros:

Extremely unclean. The rooms smell bad. Bedsheets smell bathroom unclean. I couldn’t even use the bathroom. I changed my 1st assigned room because it smelled so bad. The second room wasn’t better either.
I arrived late and struggled to sleep. I immediately checked on the following morning. Besides, it seemed drug peddlers and may be hookups ladies. This is my judgment but the seen wasn’t good. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless on a tight budget or you have no place to stop over.

Cons:

Für eine Nacht ok

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr dürftig und um 8.30 kaum noch was da obwohl es bis 9 Uhr gibt. Bettlaken im Zimmer waren dreckig.

Pros:

The room itself was nice. The lobby was pretty. Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Our ac unit was very dirty. The filter was black and looks like it had mold on it, there was mold in the ceiling light in the bathroom. There were clothes from previous visitors left in the room. The ac unit also wouldn't cool the room below a solid 70° and it was in the 90's our whole stay so that was disappointing. Our coffee maker was also missing parts? We weren't given proper refills from what the visitors before us used . The maintenance of the pool also wasn't the greatest.

The room served its purpose for one night. The mattress was super comfortable.
Pros:

Location was near several restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Provided better towels. The towels were non absorbent. No washcloth or hand towels. No floor mat for shower. Breakfast area was not very clean and variety of food choices not good.

Honestly, five stars all the way for the Baymont in Dayton. I had to make some super last-minute business arrangements for myself, and they didn't even hesitate to help me out. Knowing it would cause confusion, they didn't hesitate..
They accommodated every single one of my requests right on the spot, plus the other amenities they have were great for what I needed. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was totally comfortable. Thank you again!!

It would have been worth paying the extra $30-$40 to stay at a different hotel.

The bathroom smelled horrible, the carpet felt gross so I kept sock on, there was no remote so we had to go downstairs to get one, and only one set of towels and we couldn’t get anymore.

Went to town came back no cleaning service no towels ext. Went to front desk was told cleaning went home and i should had ask for service. Never heard of that before.no refund, worse hotel! slow toilet breakfast ha.
