Персонал на входе не встретил и пришлось привлекать внимание.
Номер очень маленький. По размерам и качеству материалов не соответствует привычным 5 звёздам.
Нам повысили бесплатно номер, в итоге кроме этажа это никак не сказалось.
Кровать твердая
Проводили в этом номере одну ночь из маршрута по медовому месяцу. В сравнении с остальными отелями сильно проигрывает. Везде делали комплименты хотя бы в виде украшения на кровати и открытки, тут не было ничего

Gran opción en Singapur
Pros:

Nos ha encantado el hotel. Es cierto que existen opciones más económicas en Singapur, pero tanto la ubicación como el propio establecimiento merecen mucho la pena, tanto si viajas por trabajo como por placer.
El hotel está en la zona financiera de Singapur, así que los fines de semana es una zona muy tranquila. Nosotros llegamos el domingo por la tarde y el barrio estaba desierto. Pero a partir del lunes está lleno de gente a todas horas. Muchas de las atracciones de la ciudad, como la zona de Marina Bay, están a pocos minutos andando. Si no, hay un par de paradas de metro que conectan directamente con el aeropuerto y con las principales zonas de la ciudad.
Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Las habitaciones no son excesivamente grandes, pero el tamaño es más que suficiente para una estancia cómoda. Además, todo está moderno y bien cuidado, tanto en la zona de dormitorio como en el baño. El desayuno, que se realiza junto a la recepción del hotel (planta 9), está muy bien: variado y delicioso.

Cons:

Cuando hice mi reserva, el hotel pertenecía a otra cadena. Entonces, los comentarios indicaban que el desayuno se servía en la última planta del edificio. Ya no es así.

Große Suite mit guter Ausstattung, aber eher Business-Apartment als 5-Sterne-Luxuserlebnis.
Pros:

Die Premier Suite bietet viel Platz und ist durch die Aufteilung mit Wohnbereich und Küchenzeile sehr praktisch. Besonders schön war der Outdoor-Garten auf der 19. Etage, der eine ruhige Oase mitten in Singapur bietet. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und haben durch ihren Service einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Cons:

Der Service entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet, da Begrüßung, Gepäckservice und Kommunikation teilweise fehlten. Das Zimmer hatte zwar einen schönen Ausblick, jedoch wenig Privatsphäre durch die Nähe zu den Nachbargebäuden. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel eher wie ein Business-Apartment als wie ein klassisches Luxushotel.

Very central location
Pros:

In 6 weeks of travelling this was the most comfortable bed we experienced and decent pillows. The room had everything we needed. The staff were efficient. It was spotlessly clean. The location is very central, only a short walk to the amazing Lau Pau Sat Hawker centre and 2 MRTs.
