Barely any staff , no one at the counter downstairs so you have to take your bags up yourself and rooms were kind of congested

I booked a Studio Apartment with kitchenette.
For me an Apartment has a separate bedroom.
The reality was a small hotel room with not much space around the bed, no sofa, and not enough room for a bag rack. There was a kettle but no kitchenette.
