Pros:

The staff where lovely the rooms are big and clean and tidy

Cons:

For what you get it’s not worth the money the pool is tiny and enclosures by a fence with minimal sunbeds to lounge on, it’s out of the way of the town with about a 40 min walk down the main road to get there. My balcony overlooked a dirty car park with derelict buildings For nearly £100 a night I was exciting better.

Very weird and unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this place at all.

I simply requested a late check-out, which was clearly mentioned as part of their facilities. The first staff member didn’t even check room availability and immediately said “no, definitely not.” Later, another staff member told me the room was available but that I had to pay $60 for the late check-out, which was very inconsistent and confusing.

On top of that, the room was poorly equipped: no tea, no coffee, no TV, nothing. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, just a very short walk from the beach — practically seconds away. A big shout-out to Himaya and Ashan, who went out of their way to help us with local sightseeing information and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily recommend staying here.

Surf vibe and great location
Pros:

great casual vibe. Food and drink service was slow but very friendly.

Cons:

Our family booked 4 rooms - all were really great except Room 206 which was awful, small and smelled of mould with no window.

Felt extremely cheated

For the money paid, property is very poor. It's probably worth around 40$
