Pros:

Это лучший отель в этом городе, однозначно! Я поменяла до этого несколько. Во время проживания я была на связи через WeChat с менеджером, всегда была оказана помощь и забота. В номере была полная чистота, никто не курил в коридоре, и по утрам был великолепный завтрак! Благодарю!!!

Cons:

Продолжать бороться с курением. На этажах, в холлах, в ресторанах.

I can smell smokes in the nonsmoking room.
Pros:

Big room plenty of space and big bed

Cons:

I can smell smokes in my room even though I booked a nonsmoking room! One side of the bed doesn’t have nightstand.

It doesn't make sense to set room temperature at that high
Cons:

Room temperature was set at 28C-29C and couldn't be changed by the guest, it was a terrible experience as I couldn't sleep at all because it was too hot.

staff customer services is the key to earn 5 stars rating, i will come back this hotel next time
Pros:

cleaner and reception are helpful

very helpful staff, especially the cleaner 代显侠, a very considerate, responsible and caring person, he prepared few pieces A4 paper for me when he saw my laptop on desk during his cleaning process

even hotel doesn't have any spare for customer, but the receptionist gave my wife sanitary pad by her own at late night, it's a really really great help while all shops outside hotel are closed
