Pros:

Very nice Manager & staff, shame the room was only on 1st floor as traffic noise was very loud, but overall it did the job, aircon was fantastic but I had to turn it off as it was so good..

Cons:

Its a bit dated, couldn't lock the door, as its dropped so bolt doesn't fit into receiver & even with DO NOT DISTURB sign, room service still knocked and entered.. Im working nights so need to sleep during the day..

В целом неплохо, но мы не проверили, что заказали номер без окна, было душно, везде курили, у нас пропахла одежда, даже

Удобное расположение, наличие завтрака

Cons:

Мы не заметили при бронировании, что номер без окна, было душно. Еще есть проблема, что все курили вокруг и даже в номере пахло табаком, вся одежда провонялась, очень тяжело быть в таких местах

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und waren mit der Lage sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen – Apotheken, Märkt
Pros:

Wir waren im Juni 2026 im Serenity Hotel Beşiktaş und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, die Zimmer waren gross und das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Ali und Olcay. Beide waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage oder einen Wunsch hatten. Egal, worum es ging – sie haben sofort geholfen.

Vor allem Ali war sehr aufmerksam und hat regelmässig nachgefragt, ob er uns noch irgendwie unterstützen kann. Eine hervorragende Serviceleistung und ein grosses Dankeschön an ihn und das gesamte Team!

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. 😊

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte etwas heller sein, besonders im Bereich des Spiegels. Beim Schminken wäre etwas mehr Licht hilfreich, damit man besser sehen kann. Es war aber nichts Tragisches und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. 😊

Nette Bedienung an der Rezeption von Frau Özlem und dem Herren Halil.

Cons:

Bisschen sauberer könnte das Bad sein (Haare im Abfluss und an den Seiten des vorherigen Kunden).

Personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Tüm istek ve sorularımıza anında cevap verildi. Kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Memnuniyetle tekrar geliriz.

Very good staying
Pros:

The staff was allays very kind and very nice!! They upgraded my booking for free to a very nice room in the Hotel :) when I travel back to Istanbul I will definitely have this hotel in mind and book again
