Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das jederzeit äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Vor allem Ufuk Bey hat sich durch seine besondere Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft ausgezeichnet – vielen Dank dafür!

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ideal, um die Umgebung bequem zu erkunden. Man erreicht viele wichtige Orte schnell und unkompliziert.

Im Großen und Ganzen war mein Aufenthalt wirklich sehr gut. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Eccellent choice for a hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

The room was very spacious with a sofa and plenty of space in the wardrobe. The breakfast really makes you want to get up in the morning not to miss it with a really good variety of food and drinks included in the buffet. The staff are really professional and helpful always and Ufuk will make you feel like a guest of honour. The location is perfect because you are a short ride away from the tourist centre but right in the middle of Istanbul life though here locals are likely to speak little or no English. I highly recommend and will visit again when prices in Istanbul drop below London standards.

Perfect choice for your stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Everything. From location to the staff who are always helpful, especially Ufuk. The room was very spacious with everything you need to feel comfortably at home during the stay. Breakfast is so good you will probably skip lunch. The view of the Bosphorus adds an extra to the whole experience and the neighbourhood has probably become my favourite in Istanbul after trying Taksim, Istiklal, Galata and Sultanahmet.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, honestly!

Pros:

Die Leute vom Empfang waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage - also Heizung, lief unregelmäßig und stellte sich aus. Das Zimmer wurde ruckzuck kalt. WLAN funktionierte auch nicht immer. Das Frühstück hat mich leider auch nicht angesprochen. Der Kaffee wurde mit Chlorwasser zubereitet.
