Pomocny i pogodny personel, smaczne śniadania. Hotel warty polecenia, blisko do różnych atrakcji i komunikacji miejskiej.
Szum z klimatyzacji zewnętrznej, ale to małe nieudogodnienie.
Everything was absolutely good:
- Breakfast was varied and organized in a nice and cozy place. There was an omelet, eggs, sausages, a variety of cheese, greens and tomatoes, muffins, bread and sweet additions to it + tasty coffee/tea. Good non-disturbing music was playing at the background.
- The room was quite and clean.
- Personnel were helpful and very nice to talk with (many thanks to Ufuk!).
- Location of the hotel is good: many places to eat are around, very close to the atmospheric cozy streets of Beşistaş.
Nothing bad, everything is cool
Very well located, near vibrant area with restaurants and bars but that's about all that counts in its favour. Even if the hotel is safe, it does not feel very hospitable.
Totally over-priced for what you get.
Room was stuffy and dark on account of the fact that it had no windows.
Bedsheets were cleary well worn, mattress was uncomfortable and, while not having windows blocks sound from the busy nightlife outside, the poor soundproofing allowed a lot of noise from staff and other guests to seep through.
Shower temperature was impossible to regulate, breakfast was very limited and not worth the price.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Turkey. Everything exceeded my expectations — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff. The service was outstanding, and everyone made sure we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.

A nice place, which I chose because it's just a few hundred metres from one of the airport bus stops. They upgraded my room because they were quiet that night, so my room was huge for the price.
Just bear in mind that it is on the main road so it can be noisy overnight. One thing I didn't like is that I almost missed my bus and had to sprint down the hill because I left around 10 minutes to get the bus stop (plenty of time) but they spent 5 of those checking my room for things they might charge me for (like stuff taken from the minibar). I know this is how hotels used to do it like 20 years ago but in the age of booking.com etc., I feel like they have to take that up through them rather than make me almot miss my bus so that they can manually check... Like, if yo don't trust me not to steal stuff, don't put it here.
