Чудесно местоположение, любезен персонал, чисто.
Pros:

Ползвахме двойна фамилна свързана стая/ това се води апартамент за 4- членно семйство/ Удобни легла, чисто, две бани с тоалетни, стаите са шумоизолирани, има еднократни чехли, консумативи за баня.Закуската е обичайна континентална, добра е, не е особено разнообразна, но не е проблем. Ресторанта е уютен, чист и зареждат веднага щом намалее количеството храна в платата. Кафето е само шварц и е слабо като вкус, но все пак предпочитанията са индивидуални. Има разнообразие от чай, мляко студено, два вида сок. От тестените закуски има около 2-3 вида солени, респективно сладки неща. Салам един два вида, сирена и кашкавали по- голямо разнообразие. Маслини два вида. Приятна изненада е свежата мента, спанак, магданоз и копър. Бъркани и варени яйца като асортимент айца. Няколко вида зърнени закуски, обичайните сладка, мед, масла, 3-4 вида хлебчета. Вода, в малки пластмасови "чаши" тип кутийка.
Местоположението е отлично, персоналът е много любезен, Камериерката чисти всек ден и сменя хавлии, зарежда консумативи, ако е нужно. На рецепция има особено любезен рецепционист, който дори ни услужи по негова инициатива с Истанбулкарт, за да не купуваме нова пластика/ нашата я бяхме забравили във Варна /. Отзивчив персонал на хотела. За разлика от други хотели, тук персонала не се "натиска" за бакшиш", което не е обичайно по-принцип. Има паркинг хотела, подземен. В интерес на истината подхода е леко тесен / имам предвид за коли тип suv, по- големи джипове. Просто трябва многто внимателно да се спуска колата надолу, за да не се ожули , заради миг невнимание. В интерес на истината валето, което беше на смяна при пристигането ни и напускането / отново се оказа той/ не пожела на пристигане и на тръгване да паркира/ изкара колата от паркинга, защото била "скъпа".

Cons:

Валето се притеснява да паркира по-скъпи коли:) само навигира при подхода на паркинга.

La camera era spaziosa ristrutturata da poco con un bagno moderno un letto comodo

Cons:

Ho chiesto una stanza in un piano alto e invece di un letto matrimoniale, due letti singoli.
La struttura ha accettato e mi ha detto che non c’erano problemi. Il risultato è stato avere una stanza al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale.. stanza sopra a un’ pertanto rumorosissima

I have stayed at Serenity Hotel around 5–7 times now, and I keep coming back for a reason. The hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I have consistently had a positive experience here.

A special mention goes to Ali. He is always friendly, welcoming and very helpful. He genuinely cares about the guests and always does his best to make sure everything is taken care of. His hospitality and professionalism really make a difference and are one of the reasons I enjoy returning to this hotel.

After several stays, I can confidently recommend Serenity Hotel. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Ali, for the great service. I will definitely be back again!

Très bonne expérience, personnel à l’écoute et locaux tres propres.
Pros:

Le personnel à disposition, la prise en compte des demandes. la propreté des chambres et locaux.
La mise en relation avec des taxis pour les déplacements.
La proximité au transport en commun et de divers commerce

Cons:

Ils peuvent augmenter le choix dans le petit déjeuner. Il y a beaucoup de choix, la demande rentre vraiment dans le luxe

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Персонал замечательный, внимательный и доброжелательный. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудников службы уборки и персонал кухни работают прекрасно. Сотрудники на ресепшене также всегда были приветливы и готовы помочь. Чувствуется, что здесь работает действительно сильная и профессиональная команда!👍👍👍
