A lovely hotel, very pretty with amazing views and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They do not speak english which is something to bare in mind. If i had to be critical i would say the hair dryer overheated and the sink was a bit wobbly but otherwise an amazing stay for the price. I would definitely reccomend.

Wonderful hotel with a spectacular view. It’s a small, quiet hotel and the rooms are clean and lovely. Breakfast is included - traditional Turkish breakfast with fresh bread, fruit and cheeses.
The owner did everything he could to make us comfortable.
I can’t say enough about it, it was completely stunning. I would highly recommend it and will definitely go back.

Everything about this smalll hotel is wonderful. Gorgeous view, clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A hidden gem!

We stayed 3 nights at this nice modern guesthouse in the hills overlooking Kas. The very nice manager (Hamdi) was very helpful and friendly, the place had a gorgeous position/views and a lovely pool area, and we had a large and comfortable room overlooking the pool (though would prefer a balcony room upstairs next time). It was a nice option to be able to order take-out food from a Kas or neighborhood restaurant and eat on the deck with the incredible views (which we did all 3 nights we were there), as the gorgeous setting is almost unmatched anywhere in Kas (and Hamdi kindly provides plates and cutlery, and serves wine (or other drinks) for order from the bar. It’s a fairly long walk down the hills to the main town of Kas, and a fairly brutal (very steep) walk back up (which we did one hot day). The bus from the center of Kas runs frequently, and makes a stop right near the guesthouse, which we made use of once. Hamdi was very nice, informative, and helpful (including when our rental car had a flat tire overnight when parked there – he arranged with a nearby garage to come and fix it on site – on a Sunday evening! – and to make sure it was fully repaired before we had to drive it again). The only drawbacks we found were the insistence of the woman proprietor in washing down the decks and hallway (literally with a hose) every afternoon, right at the time that we checked in the first day, and when we returned from hot touring the other days (and just wanted a quiet dip in the pool). The hosing made the decks and halls incredibly slippery, and also took away from the quiet and serenity on the pool deck in the afternoon. (We suggest she use a squeegee type mop instead to reduce the amount of water, and do this earlier in the day – e.g. 11am or 12:00 – when guests are out). Another minor issue was the security system that made the guestroom doors beep repeatedly if the door is left slightly open – so one night, when there were some late check-ins, there was constant, repeated beeping as people went in and out of their rooms, leaving doors ajar (apparently), and making us think there was a fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we loved this hotel, its position up over Kas and the beautiful sea and islands, the comfortable room and lovely pool, and the sunset drinks and dinners enjoying the incredible views. If I come back to Kas I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, in fact I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and didn’t want to leave. This by far has the best pool I saw in kas with the most amazing views from the hotel window, on the terrace eating breakfast or by the pool. The rooms are new, spacious, luxurious and decorated in a modern beachy feel with modern bathrooms and powerful , warm and spacious showers. The staff are lovely and super helpful with reception manned at almost all hours to help book taxis, excursions or grab extra drinks or snacks. The breakfast is served to your table in a series of small plates of fresh tomato, cucumber, herbs, fruit, cheese, bread, olives, eggs, esme, dried fruit, nuts, tea and coffee and you can request whatever else you would like - nothing is too much trouble. The hotel sits at the top of the hill just above kas and the views truly are spectacular. You can walk into the centre of Kas in about 20 minutes. The nearest beach is about the same distance or a taxi to the centre costs about 70tl - about £3.50. A taxi all the way to a beach on the peninsula was only 100 tl - about £5. There is also a shuttle from the end of the road 1 minute walk from the hotel that takes you into the centre for 9tl- 50p. It comes every 15 mins. The same shuttle does runs from the centre to one of the beaches too for a similar price. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family to come here too! Thank you for such a lovely week.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay and panoramic views of Kaş. Although the hotel is located away from the harbour and centre, there's a regular local bus (Dolmuş) into town every 15mins costing only 7TL each way. We also found the staff very helpful and easy going.

A little gem nestled on the foothills of Kas, Antalya. Absolutely breathtaking veiws and service is impeccable. Having driven from Bodrum for 5 hours we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are to the highest quality and staff are amazing. 11/10

Un Amor Hotel is located in the most vibrant town of Kas across the Antalya, the hotel is at the prime position close to the city's famous beach. We were with our family for few days and we had one of the best experience in Kas. The room was with splendid view of the sea. We will return again. Recommended.
