Super friendly staff great hotel great location

I would say my stay at this hotel was the worst part of my trip. Luxurious hotel on a busy road. The manager said their rooms are sound proof: NOT. You hear even the laughter of people passing by from second floor. The hotel is located on a very busy road, four lanes, main transportation area. Internet is nonexistent. No service. Our bathroom got flooded after using the shower once, they said it is the drain, they came and cleaned it and the shower was still leaking water into the bathroom. We had to put towels everywhere. Rooftop bar was nice, breakfast passable, weird: they have salt and pepper in paper bags like you would see in a fast food chain. I would not stay in this hotel ever again.

Great location for getting to sought-after sites. Basically, midway between the Vatican and Colosseum (20 mins to each). As the hotel is a block away from a taxi stand, the staff can get you in a cab in 5 mins. Speaking of staff, they were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive, be it the front desk, rooftop bar restaurant, or room. The room architecture was fantastic; brought elements of the Roman days into the experience. The bathroom stone work was fantastic, leaving me wanting to upgrade my own house bathroom! Breakfast was very good and offered a wide variety of food, sure to please everyone. Just had to figure out the daily 15 euro charge I found on my bill; seem to think that it was the morning coffee/tea that we ordered at breakfast each day? Would stay there again in the future. Note, just a few blocks away is the Pantheon with a ton of restaurants and shops, which we discovered while there

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome. We walked everywhere. Delicious morning breakfast served on the roof in the morning and wonderful cocktail bar up there at night. I would stay here again.

Breakfast on the roof was lovely. Lovely spot and terrific buffet with many options . Also were there several nights for drinks and snacks. Our room was beautiful with a large walking closet with space for our things and a large beautiful bathroom with beautiful shower—great water pressure and hot water!

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms a bit small but have excellent storage to stow away all your luggage. Beautiful rooftop breakfast room/bar. Helpful staff and luxurious lobby. Kettle with tea/coffee and iron in room all appreciated.

We had an amazing stay - it was walking distance to all the major attractions or quick in an uber. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The room was very very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic

This hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. The hotel was very clean. They cleaned our room twice per day. We stayed on the first floor and found it very quiet. The staff were all nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with a beautiful rooftop view of the city. We had apertivo on the rooftop and enjoyed it as well.

We loved our stay here. The triple room was clean, comfortable and roomy and perfect for my family of 3. I can’t imagine having a better location, we were within a short walk to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight.

The location was ideal for walking to alot of the sights.

The room was definitely not as described and photos seemed a bit misleading with the size of the bed and room.

The room was a bit dusty but bathroom was clean, as Expedia VIP we did receive a bottle of sparkling wine.

We would have stayed at a few other VIP locations with lesser ratings but much much better service and upgrades.

The bell staff and restaurant staff were very nice and helpful.

All in all for the price point was not up to par.

What a fantastic boutique hotel in a great location within the city center of Rome. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

Marco nos recibo con excelencia (habla español). Se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos en donde nos ubicábamos y recomendó un actividad por hacer en el resto que quedaba de la tarde (no teníamos algo planeado para ese lapso), gracias a ello aprovechamos el tiempo. Las instalaciones son hermosas, el desayuno muy rico ( incluye huevo revuelto y cocido). La vista de la terraza es tan bella como las fotos de la publicidad. Ampliamente recomendado💕

The staff are not helpful at all. I was begging them just to change 1 day of my booking they didnt even bother to listen to me! More than 5 times and nothing happened! My reservation is non changeable, biggest joke ever!
