Boa experiência.
Pros:

O atendimento é sempre excelente, a equipe que fica na recepção, limpeza, segurança e no café da manhã é repleta de funcionários super competentes e educados.
A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Fiquei no quarto 202, e senti o colchão um pouco abaixo do padrão de qualidade que o hotel oferece. E, deixo como sugestão, que poderia ter em dias de eventos na cidade ou fim de semana o horário de café da manhã um pouco mais tarde.
