El personal es lo mejor del hotel. Una gran amabilidad y disposición. También destacar su proximidad al recinto ferial. Un paseo de 10-15 minutos. La cama es amplia y cómoda. El desayuno a la carta (de pago) está muy bien y a un precio razonable
Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. El agua de la ducha o sale hirviendo o helada. imposible regular la temperatura. La habitación 303 tiene en el piso superior una maquinaria que hace un ruido insoportable toda la noche. El baño no tiene ninguna toma eléctrica. El zumo que ofrecen con el desayuno básico no es natural y es pésimo, imbebible.
El jardin
El servicio pésimo. Pagamos más de US$850 por 5 noches y no fue posible que me prestaran un secador de pelo. El primer dia no nos arreglaron la habitación y cuando llegamos en la noche la solución fue pasarnos para otra. El desayuno escaso y monótono, todo lo cobran. Lo único que tienen de Hotel Boutique es el nombre. La casa caída, llena de polvo. Había estado en otras ocasiones y la experiencia había sido muy distinta. No lo recomiendo
Las instalaciones con moho.le ponen un desinfectante súper fuerte que puede provocar problemas alérgicos si se hospedan.
Entré a la habitación e inmediatamente le comunique al personal lo sucio y maloliente que estaba la habitación,así como mi inconformidad
Hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna llamada y mucho menos la devolución del dinero.

La atención y las instalaciones
Le falta atención a la piscina
Ambiente único. Elegante y cálido.
La temática del hospedaje es bastante envolvente. Las decoraciones muy acorde al concepto. Plantas bien cuidadas. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. La habitación espaciosa y el baño con buena distribución e iluminación.
La televisión es muy pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación.
Loved the staff. Very nice people ate at k grill which is amazing Korean food a couple blocks away. Fun and different castle type hotel!
The hotel itself was a bit overpriced for what it is but it was decent. Although, the bed was too firm for my liking.
I arrived after hours due to a delayed flight and there was no one to available to receive me even though I let them know. I had to find another hotel to stay at the first night. The hotel manager agreed to refund the first night. They had a new security guard that was notified I was arriving but he didn't allow me in because he didn't think my name matched my appearance. The hotel manager insured me that he had already notified Booking.com of the refund since I booked through them. I never received my refund from Booking.com and they ignored my inquiries on multiple attempts to get through to them.

Melle or Nelle I’m bad with names. She was fabulous and spoke really good English. She also knows all the good spots to recommend. Love her to bits. The place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely secure.
Washroom was congested apart from it everything was great and staff was super nice to us, peaceful place

The owner charges me $300 pesos for cleaning the room which they did not disclose and I was forced to pay since I can't leave without paying. They try to charge one extra person although I paid for 2 people. Shower did not work well. They also charged for sitting on patio drinking our own beer although we bought drinks from hotel. I would NEVER stay at this place again, EVER!
Unique boutique hotel. Pool is small but is fine to cool off. Staff very accommodating. Great place if you want something different than your typical hotel.
