Passable. But will not go again unless travelling alone.
Pros:

Staff helpful although they only there a short duration of the day.
Close proximity to pretty good food and shopping.

Cons:

Was given the smallest room although I have indicated 2 pax.
Our travelling partner who is only 1 pax, his room was bigger.
Toilet have only turning space, and toilet flushing not ideal and have smell.
So is Entrance/room area, no space to even open luggage

騒音が敏感な方は要注意

新富町駅から近くて、便利でした。

Cons:

これまで東京で宿泊したビジネスホテルの中で、最も残念な滞在でした。
夜12時を過ぎるとエアコンの自動洗浄(エアコンを使わなくても)が30分おきに作動し、結構な音量なのでそのせいで一晩中ほとんど眠れませんでした。翌日に大切なイベントを控えていたにもかかわらず、疲れが取れるどころか溜まる一方で非常に困りました。
スタッフの方に相談しましたが、「構造上の問題でエアコンの電源が切れない」との一点張り。さらに「利用規約にエアコンの騒音に関する注意書きがある」という理由で、こちらの不備であるかのような、責任を転嫁する対応をされました。
4泊を予約しましたが、耐えられず翌日には別のところへ移ることにしました。

Comfy bed stay
Pros:

It felt very local and it was in a quiet area of Giza not too touristy, but semi touristy and everything is super convenient around this hotel keep in mind. This is a very small room, but if you’re someone who is moving throughout the city and mainly prioritizing it for sleep then it works great. The staff speak English and are very polite and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend for someone on a budget and trying to get the most out of Tokyo.
