Hotel Comfybed Ginza

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! DO NOT STAY HERE THEY ARE A BIG SCAM BE WARNED.

Please be warned and do not book at this hotel. Its cheap and that is for a reason.

They rented out our hotelroom while we weren’t checked out yet!! When we asked about it they said its because they “thought” we were leaving, but official check out is (as usual) through self check out or at the desk. We did neither of them!! The hotel says they are strict with their rules and so called terms and conditions but do not apply them thereselfs. Further details and explanation of this horrible experience below.

First: We paid for a non-smoker room but the whole floor smelled like smoke and the room didn’t smelled clean as well.

Also: We complained about the room temperature because there was no airconditioning. THEY LIE. There is no airconditioning although they state this online!! Only regulation through the whole building what meant that it was 20 degrees Celcius outside and 25+ at least in the hotelroom. If you put on the so called airconditioning it only gave hot air. They also make it hard to open the windows. IT IS NOT HUMAN AND NOT WORTH ANY PRICE EVEN THE LOW PRICE THEY OFFER.

We asked about it and they responded very rude that it is what it is. They were by any means not interested in listening to our experience or think along. When we told about what they state online they just replied that they dont care. That we signed an agreement when we arrived which states that there is no real airconditioning and therefore they can just state lies online and distance them from it by making tourist sign an agreement. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? We are in contact with booking but it took to long to come with a solution because the hotel also didn’t want to work along with booking.

Therefor we had to make additional costs but preferred to do that in the end than stay any longer in this overpriced sauna with the most rude people of whole of Japan.

Everything was satisfactory and the staff did their very best. The staff were the best aspect including the cleaning staff. They are did their absolute best.

Was given the smallest room although I have indicated 2 pax.
Our travelling partner who is only 1 pax, his room was bigger.
Toilet have only turning space, and toilet flushing not ideal and have smell.
So is Entrance/room area, no space to even open luggage

これまで東京で宿泊したビジネスホテルの中で、最も残念な滞在でした。
夜12時を過ぎるとエアコンの自動洗浄(エアコンを使わなくても)が30分おきに作動し、結構な音量なのでそのせいで一晩中ほとんど眠れませんでした。翌日に大切なイベントを控えていたにもかかわらず、疲れが取れるどころか溜まる一方で非常に困りました。
スタッフの方に相談しましたが、「構造上の問題でエアコンの電源が切れない」との一点張り。さらに「利用規約にエアコンの騒音に関する注意書きがある」という理由で、こちらの不備であるかのような、責任を転嫁する対応をされました。
4泊を予約しましたが、耐えられず翌日には別のところへ移ることにしました。
