Bargain ocean front view
Pros:

Thís hotel has a past its prime look. At a glance it is grand, but a closer look reveals wears and tears. Our room was in decent shape, bed was a bit hard. However the bathroom needs upkeeps badly, the shower stall would spew water to the bathroom floor and the toilet was so low as if it is child friendly. Service is decent and fast, just need a smile. Location is excellent, minutes walk to night market with many restaurants nearby. It offers ocean views only, despite being ocean front, there is no beach swimming on the premise. However, the sandy beach is just couple steps to the left. Breakfast is decent.

Cost effective and clean
Pros:

I was very happy with my stay here. It is a great location with sunset views. The bed and pillows good and fresh towels daily. I am traveling 147 days so cost effective hotels are important. The hotel is older. The staff at the reception were very helpful. FYI the wifi works. I have 2 tips 1 don’t be late to the buffet breakfast for best selection 2 the water is solar heated. I was very impressed with Pho Quoc the people are so nice and it is safe

Beach Resort and in the center PQ City
Pros:

The Resort is adjacent to the beach and in the center of Phu Quoc city.
Very convenient for traveling to the Phú Quốc Night Market.
Reasonable room rates compared to nearby hotels.
Beautiful Ocean View Swimming pool.
Especially the design of the middle of the building is very beautiful for check in photo.

Pros:

The staff, pool and restaurant were fantastic but the hotel needs some work as it’s a bit run down. You can tell Covid took its toll here. I would definitely stay here again for the price and they are slowly fixing it up again.

Pros:

Room was spacious, but not planned out very well. Lots of room for multiple beds, but limited to one; must be an option. Lighting options were no good; no dimmer switch and it's an all or nothing type set-up. No night stands or lamp.

Water pressure was atrocious; up and down constantly. Shower head was spraying all over the place and there was no hot water, only warm. Not enough hooks or shelving in the bathroom to lay your belongings just a huge open space.

Backyard pool was great with a deep end and was large enough to accommodate many patrons. Towels on site by request.

Breakfast was a buffet with lots to offer including a hot soup station and eggs freshly prepared as you please.

Overall I would not stay here again based on the basic comforts that were not available.
