The FIDI Hotel

Great localization close to subway station. Clean and quiet. Breakfast modest bud very good with fruits and good coffee. Great surprise was evening wine degustation.

Our stay was delightful. For fidi, it’s located in a prime spot. From check in to checking out programs and general assistance, Terrell was absolutely amazing. He really helped us be and stay comfortable, enjoying what The Hotel had to offer like their happy hour (a MUST if you can make it!!) Such great service, would recommend and stay here again!

Terrell gave us an excellent service! He is the reason we will come back to this hotel, for sure!

Ashley & Stacey were absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and right at home. Their energy was warm, positive, and genuine, and they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay.

Even though I was only there for one night, they created an atmosphere that felt comfortable, inviting, and personal. It’s rare to find hosts who are both so attentive and so easy to talk to. Their hospitality truly made a lasting impression and was one of the highlights of my trip.

The space was exactly as described, everything was well organized, and it was clear they take great pride in providing an exceptional experience for their guests. I would not hesitate to stay with them again and would highly recommend Ashley & Stacey to anyone looking for a welcoming, stress-free, and memorable stay. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!

The location was absolutely perfect for what I had planned around doing with my significant other during the duration of my stay. The atmosphere of the rooms were quaint and well decorated especially for the value. I would say my only gripe was the a/c was on automatic timer and wouldn’t be on the time while I was in the room but I understand why it is that way. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good and the noise level was nonexistent. The amenities were adequate. But last and certainly not least the service was profoundly outstanding!

Clean and comfortable but small room. Some street noise at night. Staff is very welcoming especially Terrell who seemed to be everywhere and cared about guests having a nice stay!

Had a great time at the Top floor happy hour. Terrell was very friendly and accommodating, even took requests for the Playlist. Good wine selection too!!

Terrell Sandoval provided fabulous customer service during my stay at the FiDi Hotel. He made the entire experience quick, smooth, and efficient from start to finish. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail made check-in a breeze and set a great tone for my stay.
