Algunos trabajadores de recepción eran muy secos. En nuestro caso no teníamos plato de ducha y la bañera no era cómoda ni estaba bien.
In a quiet town spot close to piers and Brooklyn bridge. The had wine and cheese board from min-Fri which was great incentive.
The breakfast was poor. Only croissants and coffee. On the website they did not include what exactly breakfast includes and if I knew it’s so basic I would not breakfast option. We got wheelchair accessible room which it was not what we booked.
Excellent location for FiDI, lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Good subway connections to midtown. Hotel is modern, clean and staff always welcoming and super efficient.
A bar and restaurant on the property would be great but plenty of options within a short walk.

Close proximity to the Freedom Tower. 2 taverns on the small block. Light breakfast in the morning. Stagg was very accommodating & the hotel seemed quite clean. Satisfied with our stay.

Fell n love with everything it’s super comfy and the bed was very comfortable
We booked to stay here for a week in February and as a result of the snow storm, ended up staying an additional 3 days due to cancelled flights home. The hotel were really helpful during the whole of our stay and in arranging for us to stay in the same room for the additional nights. The room was a good size and a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the free cheese and wine evenings and found the staff to be friendly and helpful during our stay, sharing their knowledge of places to visit. The gym was always accessible and continental breakfast was okay. Location is great - a few minutes walk to Staten Island Ferry terminal and there is a subway station on the same street as the hotel, meaning easy access to other parts of Manhattan.
The bedroom was a little dark with it's lighting and the lifts could be a little frustrating to use sometimes. Despite these niggles, we would still recommend the hotel and stay again.
