Great value and location. Highly recommend
Pros:

Great location - 2 mins from subway
Staff were so welcoming.
Complimentary drinks and delicious breakfast
Comfortable beds and warm rooms

Cons:

Was a freezing weekend and the reception and breakfast room were a little cold.

La vu de la chambre directement sur les bureaux à peine à 5 mètre avec leurs personnel qui a la vue sur tous ce qui ce passe dans la chambre
Le service restauration de l’hôtel était fermé (room service)
Une chaise supplémentaire dans la chambre serait un plus
Pas de Bar, pas de restaurant, pas de distributeur dans l’hôtel

l'emplacement est idéal, proche des bouches de subway, il y a toutes les commodités autour . la literie est TOPPPPPP .

Cons:

LA FORME DU PETIT DÉJEUNER sous forme de buffet et avec un café dégueulasse pas chaud! et pas de salé que du sucré il n y a aucunes vue sur l’extérieur .

Ubytování hodnotíme spíše pozitivně, nejsme nároční a strávili jsme tam v podstatě jen noci a snídaně…
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, personál příjemný a ochotný.
Pokoj byl malý, ale útulný a vždy čistý.

Cons:

Topení na pokoji funguje zároveň jako klimatizace - při zadání požadované teploty se přístroj snaží neustále teplotu “ladit” - pokud je v místnosti tepleji, začne foukat vzduch studený, což v noci není příjemné a hrozí prochladnutí.
Na noc jsme tedy přístroj vypínali, ale místnost se rychle ochladila kvůli venkovním teplotám (v lednu cca -10 stupňů a méně).
Párkrát za noc jsme tedy byli nuceni přístroj zapnout nebo vypnout, dle potřeby.

Snídaně byly velmi slabé - nic teplého (žádná vajíčka, párky, slanina…), na výběr bylo v podstatě téměř jen sladké pečivo, pak 2 druhy jogurtu a trochu ovoce.
Na slano jedině suché bagely, ale k nim pouze a jen mazací sýr Philadelphia nebo máslo - žádná šunka, zelenina nebo třeba pomazánka.

L’hôtel est très moderne, très propre, le personnel est à l’écoute avec une super proximité c’est génial, et très réactif vraiment très agréable !

Cons:

Manque de luminosité dans la chambre sinon tout était parfait !

Чистые номера, хорошее расположение рядом с метро

Cons:

Ужасные завтраки! Из «нормальной» еды только яблоки и бананы, а остальное это сладкие и калорийные булки, каша из пакетиков.

Кондиционер на отопление работал крайне шумно и странно. Мы отключали его на ночь, потому что мешал спать и дул холодным, а только через пару минут теплым.

Pas du tout digne d’un 4 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement pour visiter brooklyn et d’autres monuments du sud de Manhattan.

Cons:

On est arrivé 30 min en avance avant l’heure du Check-in , on nous a demandé 50$ pour avoir accès à la chambre.
On a donc attendu dans les escaliers de l’hôtel dans le froid et la pluie alors que la chambre était prête.
Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment médiocre, très peu de choses.
Chambre minuscule. Pas de rangements possible dans la salle de bain.
Sol en moquette, très désagréable pour tirer les valises et peu hygiénique.

Struttura in posizione ottimale, nel cuore del financial district, con diverse linee di metro nei dintorni. Stanza piccola ma pulita, ben arredata e funzionale. La colazione inclusa é un plus ma, per quanto buona, risulta un po essenziale

Tendenzialmente mi è piaciuto tutto, unico appunto riguarda la colazione che potrebbe essere arricchita con il salato e una scelta più ampia di prodotti

Hotel calme, chambre (King executive) spacieuse et personnel aimable.
Pros:

Au pied du métro, nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement et le quartier calme. La literie était confortable et la taille de l'établissement a permise des nuits calmes car peu de voisins.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est assez fourni, mais il n'y avait pas de possibilité de se faire des oeufs et pas de pain non plus, il fallait se satisfaire de muffins et autres viennoiseries. On a également eu un doute sur une taxe de séjour à payer en plus (qu'on nous a demandé de signer à notre arrivé après un voyage erreintant mais qui finalement était bien pris en charge dans le tarif payé sur booking).
