Not great
Pros:

I had to purchase my own toilet tissue because there was none in the room and room service did not provide any in the room.

Cons:

I was double charged for booking and still did not receive refund. The room was not worth the cost and I had to purchase toilet tissue from nearby stores

Soggiorno in un bell’hotel e zona top di NYC
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, nel FIDI, che ho trovato uno dei distretti più sicuri e puliti della città.
Ci sono tre fermate metro dai 3 ai 6 minuti a piedi. Meglio di così…
Il personale è molto cortese e amichevole.

Cons:

Hanno saltato un giorno di pulizia, ma la situazione è rientrata dopo aver segnalato il secondo giorno che la camera non era stata pulita. La camera era un po’ troppo piccola.

Pros:

Quarto muito bom, nem moderno. Ótima localização do hotel.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar. Ficamos sem sabonete líquido e palpel higiênico no final e nao foi feito reposição. Atendimento precisa ser mais cordial também. Café da manhã apenas ok.

Great location - the rest a bit meh
Pros:

Very convenient location in FiDi with various subway stations within a stone's throw, as well as convenience stores, cafes, and shops nearby. Only a short walk from iconic locations like the bull, NYSE, and Wall Street. The interiors are cool and honestly the lobby smelt amazing. Shoutout to the redhead with bangs and cool nails on the front desk who was v pleasant and super helpful.

Cons:

Very squished room - not enough space and definitely not enough shelves/furniture to put things on! No drawers and a tiny bathroom shelf which doesn't fit the average woman's make-up collection. I also personally experienced a few disappointments, like lack of housekeeping (despite two requests), very limited breakfast options (with the bar out of certain items on two of the three mornings I visited), and more customer service training required for one of the front desk staff members.
