Pros:

Nice, modern and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Even though the breakfasts were a bit limited (no cooked food), the wine hour was a nice bonus.

Wspaniały hotel
Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra. Wygodne łóżko, ciepły pokój, bardzo miły personel. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica.

Cons:

Overall a pleasant stay in a top location, but fairly standard with a few minor downsides.
Pros:

The location was excellent and definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. The staff was also nice, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay

Cons:

The room itself was quite average and nothing particularly special. The breakfast selection was very limited — manageable, but quite conservative, with no hot food options. Also, the restaurant area was extremely cold, which was especially unpleasant during the peak January weather.

Locatie perfect, personeel uiterst begripvol ondanks negatieve ervaring.

Locatie uitstekend. Subway, WTC, Staten Island Ferry, Wall Street etc. op loopafstand. Personeel uiterst begripvol en meedenkend.

Cons:

Omdat het hotel niet te duur is, weet je al dat je niet van een 5-sterren ervaring moet uitgaan. Wij gingen in de koudste week van februari 2026 naar New York (wellicht de verkeerde maand om naar NYC te gaan) en hadden dit hotel geboekt. De kamers zijn zeer klein, hierdoor staat er een joekel van een airco unit/heater direct naast het bed. Deze maakt enorm veel lawaai en heeft ons de gehele nacht wakker gehouden. Tevens stopte deze niet met verwarmen, waardoor het om 02:30 s'nachts 35 graden (C°) in de kamer was. Echter was de unit uitzetten ook geen goede optie aangezien het buiten rond de -10 graden (C°), en de afwerking rondom de unit niet zo goed was en je dus zeer koude tocht naar binnen voelde komen. Nadat we s'ochtends ook in een ijskoude ontbijtzaal kwamen en het ontbijt helaas ook zeer minimaal bleek te zijn, hebben we besloten om te verhuizen naar een ander hotel. Zeer benoemenswaardig is het uiterst professioneel en begripvol handelen van het personeel, die ons het gehele bedrag van de boeking hebben terugbetaald zonder enige moeilijkheden. Hierdoor voelden wij ons zeer gehoord en dit waarderen wij enorm. Onze ervaring van het verblijf was dus helaas niet erg goed, maar wel grote complimenten voor het handelen van het personeel nadien!

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé et permet d'utiliser les différents transports publics, à proximité de celui-ci. Le personnel est à l'écoute des clients et reste facilitateur pendant le séjour.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas une grande difficulté en soi, mais la salle du petit déjeuner est composée de différents endroits qui n'offrent pas une place suffisante quant on est en famille.

New york es una ciudad hermoza a pesar del frio
