Pros:

Location is far from BTS but free car service to go to nearest BTS and Krung Thon Buri, Icon Siam and Asiatique but following schedule.
Driver Sam cum luggage helper is fantastic, super friendly with guests and children.

Cons:

Check-in experience was not good.
We were so tired after flight and transportation. Arrived past check-in time 30 min., the lady at reception still asked us to wait just because the room we booked wasn't ready yet.
What an experience!
Until we agreed to pick another bed type room then it's time to check-in after the talk 10 min.
Towels need to change. Having some brown trails on them.
Pool should limit the bleach.

Very nice stay. Staff amazing! Breakfast buffet was awesome!
Pros:

This hotel was lovely. Very clean, friendly staff, very organized. They made airport pick up very easy… even included a map.

Cons:

I have no complaints other than wish there was a river taxi service. They have a dock set up for one. Would have been convenient, but didn’t affect the experience.

Chambres grandes, salle de bain superbes
le rooftop magnifique, la vue sur le fleuve
ambiance discrète, calme et luxueuse

Cons:

il manque le sourire à l'accueil
manque peut-etre un peu d'animation, on avait l'impression que l'hotel était vide (très peu de monde au restaurant, bars vides, piscine pour nous)

Pros:

superbe hotel de charme bien placé à 15min en taxi des attractions touristiques
Calme et sérénité dégagé par cet hôtel : une pause de luxe et un havre de paix à Bangkok
Piscine vraiment extraordinaire
le charme de l'hotel, propreté, décoration et équipement des chambres
petit déjeuner très bon et varié, restaurant qui donne direct sur le fleuve : reposant et magique

Cons:

choisir une chambre en étage (vue pas terrible au Rez de chaussée)
Bruit de chiens pendant la nuit
Personnel de l'accueil sympathique et efficace mais on cherche encore leur sourire...
