Pros:

The bedroom was ok although a musty small in the evening the bathroom was a disgrace I have seen better derelict conditions taps rusty with mould toilet bowl heavily stained from poo toilet seat grubby shower cold only mould they swooped after I complained but it was just the same I got a cloth and water and cleared the mirrow from splash marks it came up good the owner said what you expect we gave you cheapest room at $20 what you are joking I don’t care how much I pay a bit of elbow grease would make a hell of difference . rating 01-

Pros:

The name should be the shit property.
You by default had additional room partners as lizards.
Toilet was the most amazing feature which you will not be able to use instead you had used a public toilets. Instead of using this property i would have sleeped on the street

Cons:

The worst experience we have ever had. Bathroom was very smelly that I couldn’t even use it. Besides the room was also smelling very bad. Location on booking, Waze and google maps is not correct. We looked for the place in the night with our luggage for an hour. The number they have mentioned did not answer the calls. There were hair on the pillow.

I will not recommend this to someone else.
Pros:

The room is clean.

Cons:

They can improve by addding better soap/bodywash and shampoo, bigger water bottle for drink, better towel, more beautiful and homey feeling by .. maybe small plants/cactus, will look better . The bathroom door was shaking at night while nobody is touch it. This makes uncomfortable . Sofa and lighting in the Lobby can be brighter . They ahould change the photos in google maps, the photos looks more charming . I dont recommend this listing in your website . Please.. we think you are having better quality than this .

Super Affordable and Value for Money
Pros:

I love that the boss and staff are super friendly, accomodating and the place is super cheap, with basic amenities and facilities. We arranged transport from them and they were very flexible to accommodate to our timing too. Lots of pets to play with too! Plus points!

Cons:

Hot water is limited, AC needs time to cool.

Filthy homestay

Cons:

This place was filthy, one of the worst places we have stayed in our 4.5 months of traveling South East Asia. We had to look for someone in order to check in and nobody was there to check us out. The ceiling was damp, a plywood bed held together by screws, the bed sheets were smelly, and the bathroom was filthy. The pathetic shower was a trickle of water. See attached pictures. Who ever owns this is lazy and has no idea of hygiene.
They didn't even have bottled water on site.
I couldn't attach all the photos to this review.

Exceptional
Pros:

A very nice homestay. The owners were absolutely lovely and very helpful with sorting out laundry. Location was very close to shopping centre and immigration office and not too far from Sanur town. Bed was very big and comfortable. Nice seating area available too.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The room ia super clean with completed ameneties
With the low price we get everyhing i need, also the owner is fantastic they are able to help if we need something
Very friendly staff also the security was amazing always able to help.
The location in the centre only 5 minutes walking to plaza renon and many resraurant nearby
I had very great stay here .thank you so much to the owner it was really nice to meet her .if you guys have low budget for staycation i highly recomended this homestay .this place very close to sanur beach also sanur harbour.
