Sehr gut gelegenes, modernes Hotel im Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage; Eigene Tiefgarage mit genügend Parkplätze; Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück; Grosses Zimmer; Sauber.

Cons:

In der Tiefgarage befinden sich zahlreiche Tauben die entsprechend ihre Spuren (Kot!) hinterlassen. Hier sollte mal alles gründlich gereinigt und diese Tauben entfernt werden (oder was unternehmen, damit sie nicht mehr in die Tiefgarage hereinfliegen können).

Prima hotel voor bezoek aan Heidelberg.
Pros:

Prima kamer in keurig hotel in het centrum. Alt stadt op loopafstand.
Uitgebreid en goed ontbijt. Heidelberg erg leuke stad.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell! Alles zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar und sonst ÖV direkt um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind gut - Betten sehr bequem. Es ist ruhig! Frühstücksbuffet tolle Auswahl 👍

Cons:

Bar/Lobby könnte gemütlicher sein. Nach dem Duschen steht das Badezimmer unter Wasser….

Excellent hotel in prime location
Pros:

I stayed at PLAZA Premium Heidelberg and my experience was excellent. The hotel is ideally located, very close to the Old Town of Heidelberg, and we were able to walk everywhere, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a luxurious feel, while the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Heidelberg.

Gute Lage, aber deutliche Abstriche bei Komfort und Service.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt altbacken und dunkel. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, keine richtige Badezimmertür (nur Schiebetür) und keine Lüftung im Bad. Der Stuhl am Schreibtisch war sehr unbequem. Das Personal wirkte teilweise überfordert und wenig informiert.
