Ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Heidelberg. Zimmergröße für den kurzen Auftenhalt völlig ausreichend, Ein sehr gutes (und reichhaltiges) Frühstück. Gern wieder. Gut auch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und wenn mal kein Parkplatz im Hotel verfügbar ist stehen Parkplätze zu ähnlichen Kosten in der Umgebung zur Verfügung.

Ganz ok, für den Preis aber mehr erwartet

Schöne Zimmer, tolles Frühstück

Cons:

Personal war unqualifiziert.
Das Personal konnte nicht Auskunft geben, ob ein Parkplatz frei war.
Man hat uns in das Parkhaus reinfahren lassen, obwohl kein Parkplatz vorhanden war.
Erst nach 45 min hat uns ein anderer Mitarbeiter mitgeteilt, dass kein Platz vorhanden ist.

In Summe gutes und preiswertes Hotel. Die Schwächen sind leicht zu beheben.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in Top-Lage mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer war etwas eng für zwei Personen, aber für zwei Nächte in Ordnung.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren Spiegeleier, Rührei und Würstchen nicht in Wärmebehältern und daher kalt. Beim Auschecken zur Spitzenzeit um 11:00 Uhr war nur ein Mitarbeiter Vorort, wodurch eine Wartezeit von fast 30 Minuten entstand. Trotz Online- Checkout musste man zur Rezeption.

Pros:

Great location in the city, parking for clients, old city and touristic attractions nearby. The room was excellent, everything was clean and functional. There was an iron and ironing board in the closet, which was useful for a business trip.

Cons:

The breakfasts are ordinary, almost the same every day, which can get a bit boring if you come for a long time.

Für 1-2 Nächte ein toller Aufenthalt

Die Lage sehr sehr gut .. nahe Altstadt

Das Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker

Cons:

Das Bad .. die Ablage war leider sehr verstaubt
