Great selection for a stay in the city's centre.
Pros:

Nice rooms, great view and really pleasant customer service from the hotel staff. Although we did not utilize the hotel facilities due to short stay, the room itself was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Goede service. Ik moest laat de in de avond inchecken en dat werd goed opgelost. Kamer oogt modern en schoon, prima bed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en de ruimte is mooi ingericht.

Personal und Lage top, insgesamt eher ernüchternd
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.
Lage top, sodass die Altstadt gut fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Cons:

Die Fotos im Inserat sind etwas irreführend, da unser Zimmer leider nur einen Blick in den Hinterhof hatte.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war initial auf 30 Grad eingestellt. Das Bad war für Personen mit Handicap ausgelegt, sodass es für uns eher unergonomisch war (tiefer angebrachte Seifenspender etc.).
Im Treppenhaus sowie im Aufzug roch es leider sehr unangenehm (nach Dreck, Vogelkot?)... Insgesamt machte das Hotel keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck, da sowohl im Treppenhaus als auch in der Tiefgarage an manchen Stellen Müll lag und die Gerüche auf dem Weg zum Zimmer nicht einladend waren.
Für ein 4* Hotel war es insgesamt leider eher enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Gute Lage, aber gegen Strasse etwas laut

Cons:

Reinigung war nicht so gut und die Zimmer wirken mit der dunklen Tapete etwas düster. Doch für 1 Nacht ok

Achei a vista para o castelo pouco longe, nao vale pagar a mais para esse fim. O hotel não possui restaurantes, nem serviço de quarto.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was poor. There was an omelette station but there was no onion, ham or mushrooms available just cheese, tomato and peppers.
