Cons:

Frühstück ok, aber lieblos, Obstsalat, Birnen und Tomaten wirkten nicht frisch.
Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem.
Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, schlafen war nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.

Goed hotel, maar er moeten wel wat puntjes op de i gezet worden.
Pros:

Mooi hotel, we hadden een grote kamer met uitzicht op het kasteel. Ontbijt is erg lekker. Parkeergarage erg fijn.

Cons:

Er was wel shampoo e.d aan de muur. Geen extraatjes zoals bodylotion enz
Ontbijt was erg rommelig. Tafels nog niet afgeruimd. Niemand die ons begeleide naar een tafel. Zelf bestek gepakt. En dat als je een kamer hebt van €300,- per nacht. We kregen om 6 uur s’ochtends een appje dat we online konden uitchecken. Het online uitchecken was op zich top. Maar je bent nog midden in je stedentrip. Had dit liever op een andere manier gehoord. Je loopt in 15 min naar de Altstad maar je zit er niet in.

Gutes, aber eher teures Hotel in Heidelberg
Pros:

Gutes Hotel an guter Lage am Anfang der Fussgängerzone. Gute Parkgarage unter dem Hotel. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches, vielfältiges Frühstück. Schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für Deutschland eher tief. Der Preis ist sehr hoch für das Gebotene.

Modernes Hotel an toller Lage
Pros:

Wir hatten Zimmer (Nr. 306) mit Blick in den Hinterhof.
Gute Betten.
Direkt an der Innenstadt Heidelberg am Anfang der Fussgängerzone.
Parkgarage unter dem Hotel.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist in Aufzugsnähe bzw. nah am Treppenhaus. Die Tür zum Treppenhaus hat immer laut geschlossen.
Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage wurde durch Taubenkot verschmutzt und dafür Parkgebühr bezahlt.
Klimaanlage war nicht leise (machte blubbernde Geräusche) und wurde deshalb in der Nacht ausgeschaltet.
