Der unerwartete Ausblick

Cons:

Der arabische Einrichtungsstil, sehr dunkel und bisschen ungemütlich. Das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber.

Cons:

Kein warmes Wasser am frühen Morgen auf meinem Zimmer 617. Nicht einmal lauwarm. Eiskalt. Ich habe natürlich Videoaufnahmen angefertigt. Nach einer langen Anreise und frühen Check Out wurde mein Hinweis auf eine defektes System zum Heizen des Wassers an der Rezeption ignoriert. Es wurde zugesichert, dass man sich bei mir mindestens melden würde. Nichts ist passiert. Auch auf meine einmal an heidelberg@plazahotels.de hat niemand reagiert. Sehr schwach. Sogar auf WhatsApp habe ich denen die Videos gesendet wie ich auf 40Grad+ heiss drehe und nichts passiert. Keine Reaktion.

Schickes Hotel
Pros:

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gepflegtes Hotel.
Zimmer ist etwas klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Personal war freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet mehr als ausreichend 😄!
Hunde kosten zwar 20€ pro Nacht aber bekommen ihr eigenes Bett gestellt.

Cons:

Das Bett ist sehr sehr hoch fast schon zu hoch 😅
Wasser läuft leider aus der Dusche heraus ins ganze Bad.

Es war sehr schön!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war grossartig. Das Personal sehr freundlich! Gute Betten, ruhige, aber gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Heizung war schon abgestellt und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Das Personal vom Empfang hat sich aber sofort gekümmert und es wurde warm. 😍

Pros:

Die Betten waren sehr bequem,
Es gab einen Wasserkocher, so das man sich Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten konnte.
Das Personsl war sehr freundlich
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig

Cons:

Bei unserem Duschhocker fehlte bei einem Bein das Endstück, so dass er nur am kippeln war.
Bevor man Duschen wollte musste man das Wasser extrem lange laufen lassen bevor es warm wurde.
Beim Waschbecken konnte man nirgends das Handuch hinhängen. Die Handseife beim Waschbecken war nicht direkt beim Waschbecken. und die Seife tropfte teilweise auf den Boden
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut

Super schöne 4 Tage
Pros:

Sehr schönes, zentral zur Altstadt liegendes Hotel. Frühstück hatte alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Auch die Zimmer super schön mit tollem Bad.
