Gostamos do ambiente aconchegante, da localização excelente, próximo a dois shoppings muito legais, da facilidade para acesso a táxi, Uber, iFood, etc., do café-da-manhã e, principalmente, do cuidado com a limpeza, não só relacionada ao quarto, em si, mas também dos travesseiros e lençóis novinhos, limpos e cheirosos.
Muito capricho em tudo.

Pros:

Boa localização. Camas e travesseiros bons. Cafe da manha bom. Chuveiro deixa a desejar no controle da temperatura. O isolamento acústico não é bom, em alguns horários há bastante barulho de veículos da rua a frente.

Hotel bem abaixo da média , a porta do banheiro é muito ruim pra entrar , fiquei no quarto 214 bem ruim , além do atendimento bem fraco , colocaram pessoas que precisam ainda de treinamento para interagir com o público . Ainda na saída me cobraram R$ 20,00 referente a uma toalha pequena . Que estava do lado da cama . Em uma saquinho . Parece que já é de propósito esta pegadinha . Não indico ficar neste hotel não . Só em última opção mesmo .
