Superb stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was suoerb, bright, clean and lovely welcoming reception staff. The room was a great size, clean and very comfortable. the bathroom was also a good size and plentiful toiletries. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.The hotel is in walking distance of the Metro and buses. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent front desk and facility!!
Pros:

Staff - Excellent!! Very helpful, pleasant and responsive. They know their job well!! Good collection of breakfast; room was nice and spacious. Beautiful property and staff only thing housekeeping can live up to the standards, it will definitely elevate the overall hotel level!
Housekeeping - area of opportunity. They can do better job in room cleaning and maintaining property and hallway.
location - Closer to Octogon square with public transport. otherwise little distance from the main attraction.

Cons:

Housekeeping can do better job in my opinion.
