Water pressure wasn’t that good but apart from that nothing.

Je déconseille fortement Sailor’s Beach Fiji.
À part le restaurant qui était très bon et le personnel du resto très serviable, notre expérience a été catastrophique du début à la fin.

Les chambres étaient dans un état affreux : l’évier fuyait, impossible de régler la climatisation, les lits étaient extrêmement inconfortables et grinçaient au moindre mouvement, même quand on respirait un peu fort. La chambre était sale dès notre arrivée alors qu’elle était censée avoir été “nettoyée”. Dans la douche, les contenants de gel douche et shampoing étaient vides. La porte de la chambre ne fermait même pas correctement.

Le pire, c’est qu’à deux reprises, des personnes sont entrées dans notre chambre parce que la réception s’était trompée et avait attribué notre dortoir déjà complet à d’autres clients. Niveau sécurité et organisation, c’est vraiment inquiétant.

Les nuits étaient horribles : murs extrêmement fins, énormément de bruit, des gens qui criaient constamment dans les couloirs, les rideaux qui ne ferment pas complètement donc réveil assuré dès le lever du jour. Je comprends qu’en dortoir il y ait du passage, mais là c’était vraiment excessif.

Les casiers étaient aussi ridiculement petits, et un sur deux ne fermait même pas. On a dû laisser certaines affaires sans cadenas ni sécurité.

Et le pire reste le check-out.
Notre vol était très tôt le matin (vers 5h30/6h), donc la veille nous sommes allés vérifier à la réception qu’il y aurait bien quelqu’un pour nous rendre la caution de 100 dollars laissée en cash à l’arrivée. La réceptionniste semblait complètement perdue et pas sûre d’elle. Comme on avait un mauvais pressentiment, on a insisté et essayé de clarifier la situation plusieurs fois. Heureusement que j’avais gardé le reçu de la caution, parce qu’au final toute l’histoire a pris environ 40 minutes.

Bathrooms were rampant with mold and mildew Establishment and the dining facility chrged us an extra 4 % on the room and meals bill for using an overseas credit card, a practice that is frowned upon and may be illegal.

The facilities are in need of a little update as it was older than expected.
Showers were luke warm at best.
The beach wasn't at all what we expected and not where you'd really want to swim.

Beim Check-out wurde mir zugesichert, dass die gezahlte Kaution zurücküberwiesen wird. Mein Aufenthalt liegt mittlerweile über einen Monat zurück, jedoch habe ich weder die Rückzahlung erhalten noch eine Antwort auf meine Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail bekommen.

Das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel, da sich mein Aufenthalt dadurch erheblich verteuert hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Rooms needs to be cleaned on daily basis, EVERYDAY, their policy regarding cleaning of Rooms every 3 days of stay is just not good. There's mould in the bathroom and around vanity, it's needs to be cleaned properly. Towels and floor mats are not available in the room, you will need to request for it once you are in the room. They charge an additional $5 to bring the food up to your room if you require room service.....hope these issues can be resolved/fixed before our next trip.

Poor shower quality. Shower cubicle needs replacing. Shower tiles broken and copious amounts of extra grout and concrete have been added at some point to stop leaks which was dirty and mouldy. Shower door did not close. Sink tap only had drizzled of water. Toilet dirty and discolored. Towels old and stained. Rooms tiny for the price. Air Conditioner stopped working, no TV in the room. Very basic. No chair in the room. No bedside light. No milk in fridge or ice tray in freezer. Hard bed and old worn out linen, staff suspicious and unfriendly. Did not come and serve me in the bar.
