Wonderful stay at Sultan Hamit
Pros:

The location is really pretty central and it was quite easy to get around and to walk to downtown area from the hotel. The rooms were albeit small (which I hear is absolutely normal for Istanbul measures though) but quite cozy and clean. The staff were very friendly and so so welcoming! It really felt like they were trying to get out of their way to do anything for you! We felt right at home with them, and we truly grateful for such kindness!

El personal muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación mejor.

Cons:

Las camas, muy pequeñas. Qie nos quisieron cambiar de habitación la 2da noche por obras, cuando ya estábamos instalados.

A superb location and very good value
Pros:

The location is superb, just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia plus tram line. It’s nice and quiet with plenty of places to eat nearby. Plentiful buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful. Super value.

Cons:

The room was very small so it was a challenge where we put our suitcases. The bed was comfortable but the room could have done with a bit of freshening up in terms of decor. We couldn’t use the safe as the previous occupants had broken it apparently. But it was clean which is the most important thing.

Cons:

Vorrei riportare un suggerimento ai manager dell hotel. In fase di prenotazione ho fatto presente di essere celiaca e mi hanno assicurato che non avrei avuto problemi per la colazione e gli snack, perché c'è tanto a disposizione. Questo è vero, la colazione per chi non ha problemi ė veramente abbondante con tanta cose, ma per i celiaci un po' scarsa.A mio avviso avrebbero dovuto almeno prevedere del pane senza glutine e dei dolci, per i celiaci non c'era nulla di dolce.Quindi su questo punto dovrebbero ampliare la selezione per chi ha esigenze particolari

Location was good, staff were very helpful but the rooms are very small and in need of upgrades and repairs.
Pros:

Good location in Sultanahmet. Close to most old town sites. Has a lift. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Our room was top floor under a slopping roof. To get in and out of bed I had to bend in half. We hit our heads about 100 times on it trying to move around the room and get ourselves sorted. The room needed lots of basic maintenance such as: Blinds on windows in roof needed repair resulting in the hot sun seeped through making the room quite hot. Shower head was so loose it wouldn’t stay upright. Toilet seat slide off every time you sat on it.

Uma estadia muito agradável, colaboradores ultra simpáticos, boa relação qualidade/preço
Pros:

O Hotel estava bem localizado a cerca de 10 minutos da Hagia Sofia e do palácio Topkapi. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e disponíveis, sempre atentos ao nosso bem-estar. Excelente qualidade/preço

Cons:

O nosso quarto era espaçoso, a casa de banho era funcional mas um pouco pequena e os atoalhados demasiado pequenos.
O pequeno almoço era farto mas com muitos pratos não identificáveis por nós. Fica a sugestão de colocar etiquetas com informação. Podiam também fazer menos variedade e incluir alguns produtos mais conhecidos especialmente em pão e queijos/charcutaria.

Una noche en Estambul!!!!!
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la parte histórica y monumental de Estambul. El personal del hotel es servicial y muy amable, en todo momento queriendo agradar y ayudar en todo lo que necesitas durante tu estancia. El desayuno es muy abundante y está fenomenal.

The best staff and experience ever! Food was scrumptious and plenty. Location is an absolute hit as we could go to all the tourist spots within a 5-10min walk.
