We would like to thank you for making our stay excellent! The staff was so helpful thanks a lot marjona for your kindness! She firstly arranged a taxi when our ride was cancelled
And then another taxi to the airport as we forgot a bag at the reception!! Everything worked out so well thank you!!please give marjona a pay rise !!!

Bonne situation
Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel. Situation géographique très bien … principaux cites sans transport .

Cons:

Problème avec leur service taxi … beaucoup de retard sur l’horaire, oublie du siège bébé !!! A l’aller et au retour
Nous avons failli rater l’avion !!! Très désagréable ce stress !!!

Thé breakfast was eccentric but very tasty.

Very small rooms and no storage. My mother in law assures this is common with Turkish hotels though

Pros:

What a great stay it was! The staff was super friendly, rich breakfast, absolutely great localization, right next to Aya Sofya and Sultanahmet. The hotel itself wasn't spectacular but it was simply perfect place to stay during the night. If I could I would choose that hotel again.

Cons:

The WiFi wasn't the strongest one but it is not that important.

Pros:

Hommikusöök oli väga rikkalik. Personal oli väga abivalmis ja toetav, asukoht super!

Okayes Hotel in der guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und sehr gute Lage

Cons:

- sehr hellhörig
- unser Zimmer war im Keller ohne frische Luft und Sonnenlicht. Unser einziges Fenster war zum Speisesaal
- das Hotel sieht nicht mehr aus wie auf den Fotos. In unserem Zimmer war alles extrem abgenutzt. Der Duschkopf gebrochen.

Tällä rahalla sai tällaisen huoneen.
Pros:

Hotelli oli edullinen, hiljainen ja rauhallinen ja sen sijainti oli tosi mainio lähellä Hagia Sofiaa, Sinistä moskeijaa, Topkapia ja Basilica Cisterniä. Kävelyetäisyydeltä löytyi ruokapaikkoja sekä metro- ja ratikkapysäkkejä. Palvelu hotellissa oli erinomaista. Huone oli hyvin siisti ja huoneessa oli ilmalämpöpumppu viilennykseen. Tarjolla oli myös kahvia ja vettä. Lisäksi hotellin aamiaishuoneessa oli snacktime kaksi kertaa päivässä.

Cons:

Hotellia on hiukan hankala arvioida sikäli, että palvelut toimivat hyvin, mutta huoneen ja hotellin puitteissa muuten oli toivomisen varaa. Ensiksikin hotelli oli melkein täynnä venäläisiä. Meille varattu huone oli tosi pieni ja säilytystilaa tavaroille ei juuri ollut. Huoneen ulkopuolen seinällä oli pitkät rivit ilmalämpöpumppuja, jotka hurisivat varsinkin ensimmäisenä iltana häiriten nukahtamista. Kylpyhuoneessa oli usein viemärin hajua. Suihkussa veden paine oli alhainen ja välillä vesi oli tulikuumaa ja välillä kylmää. Aamiaisella oli satsattu makeisiin tarjoamisiin. Meille mieluista syömistä oli vähemmän. Ei löytynyt sämpylöitä, voita eikä jugurttia. Siksi ostimme Carrefourista aamiaiselle sämpylöitä ja banaania.

Sejur exceptional
Pros:

Totul a fost excepțional,a fost deja a doua vizita la acest hotel,la care am reveni de fiecare data! Personalul a fost foarte amabil si serviabil, atent la toate nevoile oaspeților săi, in ultima seară de cazare ne-au oferit fructe pentru drumul de întoarcere spre casă, au făcut tot posibilul ca șederea noastră sa fie in regulă.
Am avut o rezervare pentru 4 camere duble ,primind upgrade pentru 2 dintre ele.Camerele au fost curate si spațioase, dotate cu toate cele necesare.
Micul dejun diversificat si gustos, doamnele de la restaurant au fost foarte atente de a nu lipsi nimănui nimic.
Au oferit gustari,ceai si cafea pe toată perioada prânzului,moment de relaxare după plimbări interminabile pe străzile minunatului Istanbul.
Am primit locuri de parcare gratuite pentru cele 2 mașini,chiar in fata hotelului, motiv pentru care as recomanda acest hotel oricui ajunge aici cu masina, ținând cont de traficul din Istanbul.

Cons:

Nu gasesc nici cel mai mic minus acestui hotel, totul a fost ireproșabil. Recomandam tuturor sa se cazeze aici!

Emplacement idéal pour les principales visites et gentillesse du personnel.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour les principales visites - palais de Topkapi, Sainte-Sophie et la Mosquée Bleue - à 5 minutes à pied. Surtout que mon fils était en béquilles.
Non loin du tram T1 et de nombreux restaurants.
Le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel, surtout les réceptionnistes. Nous avions un départ à 4h30, ils nous ont préparé des sandwiches, car nous allions manquer le pdj !
Grande chambre en sous-sol.
Le buffet du pdj offre un large choix. Il y a un service de snacks gratuits à l'heure du déjeuner et du diner pour pallier au manque de restauration. Proposition de room service qui est en fait un service de livraison par des restaurants partenaires, mais bien pratique lorsqu'on n'a pas envie de ressortit.

Cons:

Les murs ne sont pas très épais entre les chambres donc parfois un peu de bruit. L'indélicatesse des clients qui ne font pas toujours attention en rentrant dans leurs chambres.
