Average but I think there are better options
Pros:

The location was good and excellent views from the room. The rooms were clean if a little small. There was a range of food at breakfast but not of good quality and so we ate out for breakfast. Some staff were friendly but others rude, The cleans would stand outside the bedroom talking and so this disturb our sleep.

Pros:

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is close to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia but in a calm area so you get a good night sleep. Breakfast is wonderful, so much to choose from. Would love to stay here again and maybe on a higher floor to have the ocean view.

Hotel sencillo pero excepcional
Pros:

Es un alojamiento sencillo pero que está en una situación inmejorable a pocos minutos de la Mezquita Azul y Santa Sofía. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Sultanhamed no hay ruido por la noche y se puede dormir estupendamente.
El desayuno es muy variado y está muy bueno. Y tienen un servicio dos veces al día para hacer un tentempié que va genial cuando llegas cansada.
Las camas son cómodas y el personal muy amable. Dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que les solicites. Nos dejaron hacer el check out una hora más tarde por la salida de nuestro vuelo. Sin duda relación calidad precio lo recomiendo mucho!

Cons:

Tal vez el baño necesita alguna reforma y para 4 personas la habitación es un poco justa

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, the facilities are outstanding, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Every member of the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.

A special thank you goes to Umaima, whose warm smile and exceptional kindness made our stay truly unforgettable. She has a wonderful way of making every guest feel valued and at home. Her positive attitude and genuine hospitality can brighten anyone’s day.

If I ever return to Turkey, I will happily choose this hotel again for my family and me—largely because of the outstanding service and heartfelt welcome we received from Umaima. She is a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommended.

Son emplacement, le personnel était gentil

Cons:

Le déjeuner n’était pas bon. Les lits trop dure.. la douche toute rouiller et prête à tomber..
la chambre était très petite et vu sur les toits.

We had stayed there before,knowing it was in easy walking to the major sites, and a tramline that took us to the Egyption market, and Galata bridge.

Cons:

Nothing to even mention.

Highly recommend - good location & staff
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and polite. The two receptionists and bellboy were very kind and helpful. The lady in the breakfast room was also helpful. Close to top spots and sea.

Cons:

There should be a place to put our luggage on so that we can open it on top rather than on the floor. Our tv was also a bit broken - one part of the screen had lines.
