Pros:

I spent three fantastic days at this hotel with my wife and my 16-year-old son. We received everything exactly as described at the time of booking.
The staff was excellent—not only at the reception, but also in the restaurant and housekeeping. They were always available whenever we had any questions and were consistently helpful.

The breakfasts were excellent and very diverse—everyone can find something to suit their tastes and preferences (including options for diabetics).

The hotel is definitely worth recommending.

Mój pobyt w Sultan Hamit Hotel był wyjątkowo udany i zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.
Pros:

Śniadania były smaczne, świeże i dobrze urozmaicone. Każdego dnia można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Produkty były dobrej jakości, a atmosfera podczas śniadania bardzo przyjemna.
Lokalizacja hotelu to zdecydowanie jeden z jego największych atutów. Znajduje się bardzo blisko najważniejszych atrakcji turystycznych, takich jak Hagia Sophia czy Błękitny Meczet, dzięki czemu wszystko można zwiedzać pieszo. Okolica jest spokojna, a jednocześnie dobrze skomunikowana.

Cons:

Wszystko się podobało. Szczerze mówiąc, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń - wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pobyt w Sultan Hamit Hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania w 100%, a nawet je przewyższył. Obsługa, czystość, śniadania i lokalizacja - wszystko było świetne. Z przyjemnością wróciłbym tam ponownie.

-Прекрасное местоположение!
-Вид из окна номера на Босфор
-Девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорила на русском, была очень доброжелательна
-удобная кровать, по запросу дали дополнительные подушки
-на завтраке несколько видов овощей и зелени, также несколько видов сыра

Cons:

-Очень маленький номер, практически всю его площадь занимала кровать
-Санузел тоже скромного размера, сантехника подуставшая
-Завтраки очень средние, из горячего съедобный был только скрембл. Десерты и выпечка невкусные. Не было лукума, пахлавы
-главная моя боль: кофе… Кофе из автомата, растворимый и совершенно невкусный:( Было бы здорово добавить платную опцию хорошего свежесваренного кофе

La posizione è strategica. Vicino a tutto. Centralissima e vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Graditissima la possibilità di soggiornare nella sala colazione durante la giornata con bevande a disposizione. In camera bottigline di acqua tutti i giorni
