Pros:

Very kind staff, renovated comfy rooms!

Cons:

Bad soundproofing! We stayed on the last floor and hear everything! The elevator sounds, the cleaning staff, the birds walking on the roof!!!

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Buena ubicación en la zona antigua, al lado de Santa Sofia y la Mezquita Azul, al lado del tranvía, camas cómodas, personal muy amable. Experiencia muy buena. Repetiría.

Cons:

El desayuno no era muy internacional... mucha variedad y cantidad, pero todo basado en verduras y fiambres, dulces turcos, etc...

Pros:

Bardzo dobra miejscówka do zwiedzania Stambułu. Bardzo bogate śniadania. Super uprzejmy personel (recepcja, restauracja, panie sprzątające. obsługa). Snack time - darmowe ciasteczka, kawa i herbata. Talerz owoców z przeprosinami za zapachy w pokoju (patrz niżej).

Cons:

Należy unikać pokoi na trzecim piętrze z uwagi na skosy. Tam też były zapachy kanalizacji, które po błyskawicznej reakcji recepcji zostały usunięte. Brak kanałów Eurosport tj uboga oferta TV.

Tolle Unterkunft für unseren Istanbultrip
Pros:

Wir kamen erst nicht mit unserem Zimmer klar und bekamen völlig problemlos das Familienzimmer. Leider kam schon 1 Nacht später dann eine Buchung für dieses Zimmer... wir haben uns sehr über das rührte Personal gefreut.
Das Frühstück war unglaublich und täglich gab es eine andere und sehr umfangreiche, frische Auswahl.

Cons:

Für uns war es die falsche Lage so nah an der Hagia Sophia etc. Da konkurrieren nicht nur 2 Muezzine, da sind auch Millionen andere unterwegs. Wir wären besser im asiatischen Teil untergekommen.

Die Hotelpersonal war sehr-sehr nett und hilfreicht und das Frustück war richtig gut, große Auswahl und lecker. Auch die Lage von Hotel ist sehr-sehr gut und sehr gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Handtucher waren jeden Tag neu und gewechselt (auch die Bettwäsche) aber jeden Tag mit verschiedenen Fläcken oder Haaren dabei. Oder sie waschen das nicht gut oder sind die Handtücher und Bettwäsche alt geworden und sie sollten einfach neue kaufen.

Amazing stay with my family and toddler. No request was too big for them. I highly recommend.

I don't know the name of the lady on reception but she helped me alot and room was also well cleaned
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and had a great time. Very close to famous areas, Highly recommended. I borrowed adaptor for my charger from her and forgot to give her back, Will give you back in my next tour if you read this comment.
