Pros:

Beautiful place, perfect location, great details, spacious room. Ana at the reception is great!!

Cons:

Breakfast good, but the same thing every morning, not one single change, no name tags for meat at breakfast so no meat for people with restrictions, they forgot to call a taxi for me at the arrival which was arranged with Front Office days earlier, when I mentioned it at check in, they told me that booking has lousy comunication and its bookings mistake.

My flight was delayed, they didnt approve late check out, only stored my suitcase after me asking second time.

Fabulous hotel in central area
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. So many small individually made fresh items. Lots of healthy choices.

Cons:

The room was a bit warm for sleeping. I think we could control the heating but kept forgetting to ask!

I’m a hotel manger myself and I loved the stay at the Heritage.
The story behind the hotel gives a personal touch.
The reception staff was welcoming and informative.
The room was clean and well kept.
Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of food that includes some local delicacy as well.

Wonderful!!!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The hotel is a fully renovated old and beautiful building in the old center at the city. Very beautifully and comfortable designed, the room and all the space in the hotel, clean, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The old town is so charming and the personnel was very polite and helpful. We would visit it again!
