Pros:

Het hotel is prachtig centraal gelegen, het hotel voelt modern en goed onderhouden aan, met wat mooie historische elementen behouden. Het bed sliep super en het ontbijt was erg goed. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanraden.

We love the place and being so close to everything we wanted.
Pros:

Personnel, especially Ana, were terrific.

Cons:

Difficulty getting there inside pedestrian zone until Ana arranged taxi/Kavalir for us. Then no problem.

Wonderful hotel, great rooms, perfect location with staff who were welcoming, polite & very helpful.
Pros:

Superb location, beautifully set by the river in the heart of the old town. It is pedestrianised but only a short walk from taxi pick-up/drop-off locations. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was also first-rate, with a great range of food and beverage types.

Cons:

The only minor downside that I could possible highlight is regarding the hallways. Because the hallways are tiled and not carpeted, anytime anyone leaves the hotel, and takes a pull-along suitcase with them, it can be heard in every room on that floor. On our first night there, one group of guests had to leave at about 0430 and they woke us up as they left, not because they were being noisy, but because their pull-along suitcases made such a noise on the tiled floor of the hallway. For light sleepers, it might be worth bringing some earplugs along, just in case!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city!
Pros:

Beautiful property… the design and upholstery are gorgeous. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, modern and top of the range products (shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, soap)
The staff are delightful! Happy to help, courteous but friendly!
Breakfast was delicious!! Great range and excellent quality!! Highly recommend this hotel!
