The room.

Cons:

Due to it being graduations month for schools, colleges, etc, the floor I was on was very noise and kids running up and down the hallways. We were unable to sleep comfortably.

The staff was courteous.
Pros:

I liked the location. It was close to the mall and restaurants and right off the exit.

Cons:

For the price of the stay, there was no breakfast included. It was kitchenettes in the rooms but you had to pay for the pots,pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Even the dishwasher pods.

This was a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location was not too bad for us. The hotel seemed newer

Cons:

The lack of toiletries. We only got a small container of shampoo and one bar of soap. No hand lotion or conditioner and not enough towels for the about of people that was booked (3). The room did not have a coffee pot. I did not realize that a breakfast was not included either. It seems like some small things could be done that would go a long way. The lack of details was disappointing. The bed was not comfortable and the metal frame seemed cheep. Also there was not curtains. I am not sure what was on the tub. The hall way smelled of cigarette smoke and pot.

Okay Stay
Pros:

It's at a great location and the staff was cool.

Cons:

I didn't like how.the tube wasnt quite clean as should have been. The beds where uncomfortable and need better pillows and clean linen. My cousins had a pillow that had dried up blood on it it wasn't cool at all.
