Excellent hospitality
Pros:

Noisy but reasonably priced hotel
Pros:

Great Location and good price - friendly team and nicely appointed rooms. Its basic but so is the price so you can;t argue with what you get.

Cons:

The external noise from about 5:00 a.m. There's not much the hotel can do about this but be warned this is a far from quiet neighbourhood so if you are a light sleeper then this hotel is not for you.The noise derives from being located at a taxi collection point where people going to work are marshalled loudly on the next available minibus. Another small irritation was that the door cards did not operate the lift which meant you needed the receptionist and could only go from your room floor to ground.

Mein Aufenhalt war gut und ich kann jemand empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, Service war hervorragend vom Preis her war auch gut.

Cons:

Sehr früh war Lärm von draußen zuhören wegen kleinen Buse aber das hängt von wo das Zimmer liegt ab.

Pros:

I forgot my daughter's teddy bear and the team led by Brenda made sure it was sent our way. I really appreciate the courtesy and them going out of their way to make sure we got the doll.

Super Hotel für einen Nairobi Zwischenstop
Pros:

Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr gutes Bett, sauber, sehr freundlich, für unsere Bedürfnisse hat alles gepasst, sehr gute Lage in Nähe von Nairobi Nationalpark, Galerie Mall, Flughafen und SGR.
Wir haben von hier den Kibera Slum besucht mit Kevins Kibera Tours das war sehr nah.
Wir haben eine late checkout benötigt, der problemlos ohne Zusatzkosten ermöglicht wurde.
TOP!

Cons:

Wir fanden das Restaurant am Abend etwas ungemütlich und haben uns daher zum Ausgehen entschieden. Dies könnte durch etwas anderes Licht und Atmosphäre sicher noch besser werden. Nur als Tipp.

很干净，但楼下特别吵，我们刚好在最沿街的那一间房子，摩托车声、楼下放歌曲的声音都很大。不过这里的工作人员还是挺好的
