Bring your earplugs!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and courteous. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant was good. The location was convenient.

Cons:

The place is old. The service is very slow, inconsistent, and incompetent. The locals are not used to seeing white tourists exploring the neighborhood. Not advisable to go out after dark unless you look "local". It was loud at almost all hours of the day and night. Traffic, loud talking, slamming doors, music from the night club and the restaurant downstairs, and after hours furniture moving/cleaning makes for a sleepless stay, unless you have heavy duty earplugs. We wrote most of this off as "traveling Africa", but sleep is important, especially if you're paying for it.

Pros:

Hotel położony blisko Giraffe Center. Pomocny personel. Czysto. Dopasowanie godzin śniadania bardzo elastyczne.

Cons:

Windę do góry mógł uruchomić tylko personel. Samemu można zjechać tylko na dół. Karta od pokoju nie odblokuję windy.
Okno z łazienki wychodziło na korytarz, ale to chyba standard, bo spotkaliśmy to również w innych hotelach.

Noisy but reasonably priced hotel
Pros:

Great Location and good price - friendly team and nicely appointed rooms. Its basic but so is the price so you can;t argue with what you get.

Cons:

The external noise from about 5:00 a.m. There's not much the hotel can do about this but be warned this is a far from quiet neighbourhood so if you are a light sleeper then this hotel is not for you.The noise derives from being located at a taxi collection point where people going to work are marshalled loudly on the next available minibus. Another small irritation was that the door cards did not operate the lift which meant you needed the receptionist and could only go from your room floor to ground.

Mein Aufenhalt war gut und ich kann jemand empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, Service war hervorragend vom Preis her war auch gut.

Cons:

Sehr früh war Lärm von draußen zuhören wegen kleinen Buse aber das hängt von wo das Zimmer liegt ab.
