Pros:

The front office staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Indro in particular was magnificent.
The clear chicken soup was good

Cons:

The location. Had I known that I would have to go round and round to get there I'd never have booked.
The locality was horrendous. I asked for a hotel near the Airport, but not in some remote bustee.

Much better than expected
Pros:

In contrast to the reviews, we found this hotel to not only be conveniently located near the airport but also clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. We loved the food at the restaurant. The listing should be updated since it appeared to allow checkins after 6 pm.
