Pros:

Das Zimmer und Bad waren wirklich schön und sehr geräumig. Außergewöhnlich, dass ein Zimmer zwei Doppelbetten hat! Die Lage ist praktisch mit guter Gastronomie in direkter Nähe. Preis-Leistung ist super.

部屋はHartmann
外観がとても綺麗。部屋の中もとても綺麗。6人家族でしたが、ベッドの数は広いのが4つで十分でした。ベッド横にそれぞれ電源があり、便利。リューベッカーシュトラッセ駅から歩いて2分くらいで非常に便利。バスも目の前に泊まる。ちょうどストライキで電車バスが止まっていたのでHamburgHBFまで歩いたが15分くらいだった。途中スーパーもあり、遅くまでやってるレストランもあり立地は非常によかった。

Cons:

夜の10：30にホテルに着いて、チェックインマシーンが壊れていた！15分くらい苦戦したが疲れて諦めてブッキングコムの宿のメッセージに助けを求めたら（電話が使えなかったので）ホテルにオーナーが来てくれた。だが夜にチェックインがスムーズに行かないことは非常に焦って困った。部屋に入れたのは11時30くらいだったので、へとへとに疲れた。あと、置いてある水が不味い。水道水を入れてるのではないか？紙コップがあるだけで食器は全くない。ケトルはある。6人で、バスルーム1つ（トイレ１つ）はキツイ！廊下のオートマティックの灯りの設定時間が短すぎる。お湯を沸かしている時に真っ暗になり、トイレの前にわざわざ行き手を振らないと灯りがつかない。部屋にはベッドだけで、椅子もテーブルもない。ベッドの上で朝食をかじるのはイヤな気分だった。オーナーに簡易テーブルを貸してもらえないかメッセージしたが、無視された。

The room was noisy, lacked a wardrobe, and wasn’t clean my stay was uncomfortable.

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was far from restful. My room was directly in front of the reception area, and the noise was constant—people checking in and out, voices carrying, making it hard to sleep or relax. On top of that, there was no wardrobe or even hangers for my clothes, making organization impossible. To add to the frustration, the cushions weren’t clean, and the sofa was dirty. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and these basic issues really need attention.

Как сами номера, так и здание снаружи.

Лёгкое автоматическое заселение, при необходимости возможность созвона.

Лёгкость парковки. (Есть дорогая парковка перед самим отелем или по городским ценам (сильно дешевле) снаружи на улице.

Cons:

Несколько странно выглядел такой роскошный и уютный интерьер при полном отсутствии посуды (цена за номер многое объясняет).
