I am extremely dissatisfied.
I paid for my accommodation through Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was forced to pay again in order for the self-check-in machine to issue the room key cards. I have therefore paid twice for the same stay.
I am now requesting a refund of the additional amount charged, totaling EUR 1,100, but nobody is responding to my emails or messages.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel and its customer service.

Hotel location was great.

Cons:

We arrived at 3 pm for check in. Unfortunately, the room is not cleaned yet. We were transferred to another room but the whole floom was not cleaned. Good thing that customer servive is easy to contact.

Selbst-Check in hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten lange warten, bis dann eine Person angereist kam, um die Maschine zu reparieren. Nach dieser Reise wollten wir Kontakt aufnehmen, um nochmals darüber zu sprechen. Wir konnten auch mit mehr als 10 Anrufen keine Personen telefonisch erreichen.
