This hotel is recommended apart from the fact that one room had no functioning air conditioning and the other no hot water for the shower.

Chambre bien, parking pratique, partie Rooftop catastrophique lors de notre passage, sol jonché de miettes et autres détritus, tables non débarrassées sur toute la longueur… nous fuyons le petit déjeuner et allons le prendre dans la ville de Puteaux.

Property overall was surprisingly average to poor. There were zero shower amenity options, with no shower gel or body lotion. In fact the lotion was so small it barely covered my forearm. When I requested a replacement, that took 2 days to come.

Given the cost, was very unimpressed. A shame given other chains have been to a good standard.

Excelente lugar para pernoctar si vas a asisitir a un evento de la ARENA. Se llega cerca a pies y es un lugar que tiene de todo en el mismo lugar. Restaurante, Barra, Desayuno, Todo.

Very welcoming staff, very clean, electric charger point for car. Child friendly and great views of Eiffel Tower.

On arrive après un concert à 23:45, le restaurant est censé être ouvert jusqu'à minuit, mais on ne veut même pas me servir un en-cas car les cuisines sont fermées --> OK
Je vais au bar, je commande à boire et en // je commande un Uber eats
Les pizzas arrivent à 00:3à, et je souhaite recommander à boire, mais il faut que je le fasse de suite (même si le bar ferme à 1:00) car le serveur fait la caisse et après ce n'est plus possible de commander.
Et pendant qu'on mange, un manager vient me les briser car je n'ai pas le droit de manger avec des produits de l'extérieur.
Et le bar fermant à 1:00, à 1:02 le vigile est là pour demander de quitter de suite le bar.
Avant de prendre la tête au client, essayez donc d'être irréprochables et de respecter vos horaires, bande de ......

Comme demandé par le réceptionniste, il faut laisser un avis pour espérer un geste commercial.

chambre correct mais service catastrophique.
Petit dej sans espresso ou café (à part café filtre en Thermos…), pas de viennoiseries. Quand je fais la remarque à la personne en charge, il me dit que c’est normal et que je peux partir si je ne suis pas content et me plaindre à la réception. Pour 21€, c’est indécent, et c’est la première fois.
Par ailleurs, ascenseur en panne, donc prendre les escaliers pour aller au 14eme étage..
Tout ça pour 200€ la nuit

Hôtel sympathique, propre et qui ne se prend pas au sérieux. Un tout petit bémol pour le service au restaurant Penthouse où j’ai diné un soir : un serveur un peu léthargique au début, puis plus occupé à discuter avec de 2 de ses amis venus comme clients et peu prévenant avec moi. Cool je veux bien, mais cool et pro c’est mieux

This hotel is a pretty picture with a good bed and a great city view. Unfortunately, the positives end there. For the price, you get zero service, unresolved problems, and even a lack of toilet paper in the room.

The air conditioning was a major issue. The windows couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning worked poorly, making the room either too hot and humid or too cold.

The shower water pressure was very weak, making it frustrating to use. The hygiene kit was disappointing, consisting only of two types of bar soap, cotton pads and earsticks. It was only replenished after asking at reception.

The hotel hosts discos on the 14th floor every weekend. Light sleepers should be prepared for noise until late at night, which can be quite disturbing.

Despite notifying the staff in advance about my spouse's birthday, there was no special recognition. After reminding them again, they brought two cookies, which were underwhelming.

The floors throughout the hotel were filthy, causing shoes to stick, which was very unpleasant.

We reported these issues to the reception, but the only solution offered was to change rooms. We believed the problems were building-wide (as mentioned in other reviews) and didn't want to give up the best part of our room – the view of the city.

In conclusion, apart from the comfortable bed and the fantastic view, this hotel falls short in many areas, especially in terms of service and cleanliness. For the price, I expected much better.
