Clean, comfortable hotel with kind staff and a great rooftop terrace
Pros:

We were positively surprised by the hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were kind at check-in. Everything was really good and we had nothing to complain about. The rooftop terrace was a big plus. We didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on that.

Takterrassen var väldigt mysig. Rummet var fint.

Ottimo hotel. Camera comoda anche per 4 persone due adulti e due bambini. Colazione super. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, parcheggio a pagamento coperto.

Hoe personeel niet naar klanten omkijkt.

Dat er een parkeergarage aanwezig was.

Cons:

Het personeel. Als je bij de bar staat om een drankje te bestellen komt er niemand om de bestelling op te nemen. Ik stond tussen 2 personeelsleden die met elkaar aan het overleggen waren. Ze waren klaar met hun overleg, gingen weg en lieten mij gewoon staan. Pas toen ik aan een ander personeelslid vroeg of ik wat te drinken kon bestellen reageerde ze. Het leek er op dat ze voor het eerst een fles wijn opende. Verschrikkelijk.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. For a 3-star hotel, we didn’t expect such beautiful design and amenities. The rooftop bar and pool were great, and the service and food were excellent as well. We would gladly come back again.
