The style of the hotel is beautiful and staff are so friendly
Very noisy by the pool with kids jumping in and there wasn't really the room to be doing that.

Hotel was spotless and clean. Pool area was amazing. Staff friendly. We did the horse and cart trip took us all round the old buildings. Had evening meal next to La Setas which was lovely at night lit up with buskers singing under it. Will definitely be back to this hotel and area

Liked the location, amenities, staff.
No kettle, no balcony, at the hotel bars everything is way more expensive than in the middle of the old town.

The hotel and room were stylish and had most of the amenities that we needed. The location of the hotel was fine for us for sightseeing and there were restaurants and cafes all in walking distance. It was nice to have the Terrance and pool to relax in the afternoon, especially in 40°c heat. The drinks and cocktails at the Terrance bar were also nice.
The reception staff were always friendly and the check in/out process was quick and easy.
Unfortunately, the pool water was cloudy and not clear by the afternoon. I'm not sure if they were having difficulties with the pool filter or chemicals to keep it clean at the time of our stay, but it didn't feel or look the cleanest.
Personally, we didn't enjoy the food on the Terrance and expected it to be better. I ordered a hotdog once and was given it freezing cold. I had to ask the bar staff if they could at least heat it up for me.
It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold, especially with the 40°c heat.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel fut très accueillant et souriant. La chambres était propre, bien équipée et agréable. Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour et je conseillerai cet hôtel sans hésitation.
