Das Hotel war deutlich schlechter, als es die Gesamtbewertung vermuten lässt.
Pros:

Alle Zimmer haben ein Tablet, mit dem man ganz unproblematisch Zimmer-Service oder einen Late-Checkout beantragen kann.

Cons:

Die Zimmer riechen unangenehm nach Schimmel!
Im unserem ersten Zimmer war es nicht auszuhalten. Immerhin durften wir dann uns zwei andere angucken. Davon war eines ähnlich schlimm. Das andere hat ebenfalls gerochen, allerdings weniger stark.
Wenn man sich die Kommentare der letzten Jahre anschaut, scheint dieses Problem mit Feuchtigkeit schon länger zu bestehen.
Das Hotel versucht es zu beheben, indem zwei Luftentfeuchter und die Klimaanlage im Dauereinsatz sind, was natürlich einen gewissen Lärm macht. Die Klimaanlage darf man außerdem nicht kälter als 27 Grad einstellen, um Kondensation zu vermeiden.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein. Es gibt wenig Auswahl und das Essen, das eigentlich warm sein sollte ist meistens kalt.

Die Betten und vor allem die Kissen waren nicht sehr bequem.

Ich kann die insgesamt gute Bewertung des Hotels daher absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Pros:

Le personnel a été très gentil et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour. Il s'est montré attentif à nos besoins et toujours disponible. Un accueil chaleureux que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Piscine payante, et petit déjeuner avec très peu de choix. Pour le prix de la chambre, on s'attend à mieux.
