Район теж граний,поряд місто наук та парк Турія, навпроти є кафе pasqual+sheila з дуже смачним меню.
Єдиний мінус - немає пральної машини у номері.

No había tostadora
Very nice for the money. Great location with shopping, groceries and many restaurants al within walking distance. Safe area and staff is outstanding. Nice size kitchen area and good sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave and oven. Onsite laundry and pretty much everything you need to spend a brief or extended amount of time.
The only difficulty at times is park g. The underground parking is tight so we parked outside like most people do anywhere in similar areas of Valencia. Finding outdoor spots can be a little challenging but we have now stayed here two years in a row and we always have found parking in a reasonable amount of time and within a short convenient walking distance.

Het ligt aan een drukke weg waardoor slapen met ramen open niet comfortabel is. Ook met ramen dicht hoor je wel verkeersgeluiden.

Por poner un pero esta en la zona de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, pero algo lejos del centro y la zona de playa, a medio camino de las dos pero con bus en la puerta del mismo
Ubicació molt bona si vols visitar la ciutat de les arts, ciències o oceanogràfic. Habitacions molt ben equipades, netes i mantingudes. Tot nou i en perfecte estat.
És un poc car. Al fallar una persona no ens ajustaren el preu, a més a més si haguera vingut deuria dormir al sofà, gens còmode. A la cuina li falta un forn. Li falta un escorredor per a la vaixella escurada. L'aparcament a la zona és molt difícil i l'aparcament deuria estar inclòs al preu. Les TV podrien ser smart TV. La recepció molt amable, parlen anglès però no català/valencià. Poc marge per al check-out, a les 11h és massa prompte, 12h seria millor. La fiança és elevada però cap problema, la tornen el mateix dia.
