Pros:

The staff was very helpful, always friendly. The daily cleaning was excellent. Reception went out of their way to pack and prepare for shipment some things we left. Absolutely recommend!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a heated pool but it was communicated very clearly that the pool was not heated.

Uitstekende service gerichte medewerkers
Pros:

Het was een zeer nette accommodatie. Goeie bedden, douches en keuken. Het personeel was aardig en gaf een uitstekende service. Elke dag bed opgemaakt, schone handdoeken en zelfs een vaatwastabletten voor de afwas.

Ligging perfect vlakbij de rivierbedding. Metro wel een beetje ver, dat is het enige nadeel. Fietsen verhuur prima en daarmee makkelijk alle delen van de stad bereikbaar.

Cons:

Ze zouden een metro station dichterbij moeten aanleggen…

Modern, spacious, convenient apartment with easy access to all main attractions.
Pros:

This was a very modern, spacious apartment just a short walk from La Palau de Musica and Oceanographic centre. The facilities were excellent and staff were super helpful. This was a surprisingly quiet area at night with a supermarket right next door and just a 20 minute bus ride or 10 minute taxi trip to the Old Town.

Cons:

We would have liked an electric kettle for making hot drinks, and I recommend checking with the staff if the air conditioning for your room is set to cool or heat, as you can’t change the mode from the room. But these were very minor details and overall we loved this place.

Pros:

Absolutely fabulous property, perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids (age 10,12). Fantastic location, only 25 mins drive from the airport, and right on the bus line 19 so you are 15 mins to the city centre (Estacio de Nord) or the beach (Malverossa). Walking distance to Oceanografic (oceanarium) & Arts & Science district (about 15mins). It's located in a nice quiet area with a small supermarket, restaurants and bakery very close by. The apartments are very modern & comfortable. Open plan kitchen & living room area. Kitchen contains a large fridge freezer, microwave and hob (no oven) plus Nespresso machine - all tableware & cutlery provided. Living couch doubles as a sofa bed if required. (additional charge). Ceiling fans & AC throughout. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Kids bedroom had two single beds with blackout blinds and a nice open wardrobe. Bathroom with towels, toiletries & standard size shower. Larger bedroom contained TV, open wardrobe, blackout curtains & a very roomy bed (all 4 of us fit for movie nights) plus very spacious bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. Towels & toiletries also provided here. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, warm & welcoming (24hr reception).
