Clean and friendly staff

Clean, friendly staff, and a decent location.

Cons:

The only thing is I booked this hotel through booking.com and changed my card at the last minute. Upon check they man working confirmed the card we wanted to use and we said yes, however, the wrong card was charged. This didnt take away from our stay and im sure it could've been fixed had we asked about it. But for future guest make sure the right card is being charged.

The hotel is a good facility; however, the service and staff kindness are missing.
Pros:

The breakfast was well-prepared and tasted good.

Cons:

The staff were rude and did not make guests feel welcome. They seemed unwilling to assist with room requests. My room was not cleaned during the three days I stayed at the hotel, and I only received towels on one of those days. The hotel also appeared to be understaffed.
