Cons:

The hotel staff were rude, unfriendly, and unapproachable throughout my stay. They also told me they had not received my payment even though the money had already been processed through Booking.com, which made me feel that they were dishonest and untrustworthy.

Pool area was to hot very steamy and moist smelling like mildew …. Breeding grounds for germs bacteria… didn’t Ike that continental breakfast was $10-$14 when is free everywhere else … also they charge $5 for toiletries and amenities that should be complimentary.

My stay was great and I will definitely be back.
Pros:

The pool was warm, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. And the beds were clean and comfortable.

Booking somehow had different information in my actual booking but Mark at the location was able to help and switch my room with no issue. Was great -
Kitchen staff was also great when needed help leaving in a bind with a child .
* note need to tell people up front breakfast is not included other than that great place easy in and out great location **

Clean and friendly staff
Pros:

Clean, friendly staff, and a decent location.

Cons:

The only thing is I booked this hotel through booking.com and changed my card at the last minute. Upon check they man working confirmed the card we wanted to use and we said yes, however, the wrong card was charged. This didnt take away from our stay and im sure it could've been fixed had we asked about it. But for future guest make sure the right card is being charged.
