Pros:

location is ok, since sri aman is small. quite strategic.

Cons:

I booked two rooms, both are standard deluxe room. The air conditioner in the first room didn't work unless I used a card or piece of paper to let it works. The water heater in the second room didn't work, and the water pressure was weak when there is toilet flushing and basin using. Door is difficult to open unless the staff instructed.

A standard hotel should have basic amenities that is usable without worries.

2nd, there were no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste.

3rd, there were no fresh toilet paper rolls.

Last, I was charged RM80 per room, including sst. Based on my experience, this shouldn't be happen.

Pros:

We booked 3 rooms for our family trips. The cleanliness is not too satisfactory. Air-Conditioning not working properly. No hot water for bath because the heater is malfunction. Actually it's a good hotel for staying overnight. Hoping the management will improve in future for a better staying.

The real hotel surrounding is so much different from the picture above.
Pros:

Room is clean, staircase very clean, bed comfortable, towel very nice n clean, staff friendly.

Cons:

Surroundings is dirty with all garages aroud the area. Very hard to find parking space until late night when all shops , garage are closed. Difficult to enter the hotel door when the entrance are block by cars nearby garage n acessories shop. Quite diry and oily, slippery in front of the entrance when its raining.
Air con leaking in the middle of the night.

Pros:

Nice Inn in Simanggang. Staff friendly and welcoming. I booked Double bed room. When I arrived Inn entrance on ground floor, reception is on first floor.
Good size room. Bed comfortable. clean sheets and towels. Bathroom good size. Aircon good. Wifi strong. I was on 2nd floor, with window overlooking main road. Parking for my car was in public space outside hotel. Quiet at night.
Tv had one English sports channel.
About 5 min drive into waterfront.

Cons:

Everything good.
