Disappointing
Pros:

the deco

Cons:

the fact that we had dinner included for the whole group including children but then at the restaurant we were told that children were not included with no clear explanation we were very disappointed further more we did not have enough choice on the menu and the service was very slow despite the fact that the restaurant and the bar were not crowded.

Wonderful 5 Star Stay @Sandton Hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and very nicely appointed. It also had an outdoor balcony, great view, excellent appliances and comfortable furniture. The breakfast was fabulous with an outstanding and large buffet, cooked to order eggs and dozens of pastry, fruit and meat choices. Patricia at the cooks corner, made our breakfast experience special with her great production of excellent omelets. Her gracious and attentive personality made our experience really special.

The stay was really nice even the workers were very helpful. Itumeleng was very helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast is good but the hotel needs to improve on preparing eggs for visitors. They must train their staff properly and at least buy proper equipment to prepare breakfast.

Cons:

The eggs were not looking good and not tasting nice.
