Cons:

Infelizmente minha experiência não foi boa. O quarto em que fiquei tinha uma porta que dava acesso ao quarto ao lado e o isolamento acústico era péssimo. Era possível ouvir absolutamente tudo: conversas, televisão, risadas e qualquer outro barulho, como se as pessoas estivessem dentro do nosso quarto. Perdemos uma diária por conta deste transtorno. Acredito que o hotel precisa rever essa questão do isolamento acústico entre esses quartos, pois isso compromete muito a experiência dos hóspedes.

Hotel já foi muito melhor, precisa ajustar algumas pequenas coisas para voltar à qualidade que sempre teve.

Café e chuveiro

Cons:

Limpeza (nos qtos conjugados não varrem entre as portas que conectam a porta, tinha muita sujeira acumulada lá).
Por ser inverno precisaria ter cobertores nos quartos que fossem suficientes para os hóspedes do quarto. Solicitamos e não tinham para fornecer.

El personal era simpático y colaborativo. Podías repetir el desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación nos disgustó muchísimo. La nevera hacía un ruido increíble y no te dejaba dormir, la ducha también, cada vez que la encendías sonaba muy agudo. La cama era pequeña incluso cuando habíamos contratado una habitación muy superior. Solo nos pusieron unas sábanas muy finas y tuvimos frío. Todo esto hizo que no estuviéramos cómodos y durmiéramos mal, o que no quisiésemos estar en la habitación, ya que no estábamos cómodos.
