非常完美的住宿体验，我们家人都非常喜欢，房间很大，非常干净，泳池很棒，园林也很漂亮，太喜欢了，附近还有大超市，购物非常方便，我们可以在别墅里煮东西吃
So excited for first time stay here in Jimbaran, near to Uluwatu which the beaches are amazing and also not to far from Kuta and Seminyak. The villa looks so fine and the vibes really good.
It is spacious for a big group.
The management of the villa and services are far below standard which make the whole experience very bad. The service hotline was never accessible until 9.30am in the morning, and breakfast was never on time which caused a lot of hassles to our family with kids and baby.
Pros: Large villa with a swimming pool. The security guard and house keeping lady are very nice and friendly.
Cons:
The swimming pool is not private as the guests in adjacent residence can see everything when they garher in rheir patio.
The cleanliness is terrible. Blood and urine stains on the bed sheets. The downstairs bathroom stinks worseb than a publuc bathroom.
A mouse was wandering by the pool. My wife has mouse phobia. We couldn't stay in the batio or swim in the pool.
Wifi signal is weak, interrupted, and cease to exist outside the main living room.
The villa may have potential if management is improved.
Staff was polite and quick to act on requests.
Mosquitoes in bedrooms. Villa needs major refurbishment eg the water pipe system has a very loud sound every 30 seconds.
Awesome villa, huge and comfy, family friendly, my niece love it so much here! Definitely will come back next time we visit Bali! The staff was also friendly and helpful
