Convenient and clean.
Pros:

Spacious and clean apartment. Location is great. Staff was extremely helpful. This is our second stay at this facility.

Cons:

A bit noisy especially at night. The entrance has a very high steps that makes it difficult for people with limited mobility. Past the steps, the building and the apartment is accessible.
Both issue are common throughout Spain especially for older buildings.

Great location and communication
Pros:

The apartment looked like on the pictures, which does not happen soften. I.e. very good.
The communication was very efficient and the location is excellent.
If coming by car, use for sure the parking option that they offer.

Cons:

Nothing we did not like specifically.
Two recommendations:
1. Check and adjust the doors inside the apartment. They do not fit well anymore and make noise - not good during the night.
2. A Nespresso machine and a few capsules would be a nice touch.

L’emplacement, le logement calme confortable et joliment décoré, l’accès autorisé à notre chien, , la laundry room mise à disposition très pratique, pouvoir accéder au logement en voiture pour décharger les bagages

Soggiorno eccellente!!
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido: l'appartamento è bellissimo, molto comodo e situato in una posizione centrale ma silenziosa. Un grande valore aggiunto è la possibilità di avere un posto auto in un garage limitrofo su richiesta, fondamentale per chi arriva in macchina. L'esperienza è stata ottima e, per renderla davvero da 10 e lode, mi permetto solo due piccoli suggerimenti: l'aggiunta di una macchinetta per il caffè (sempre gradita al risveglio!) e magari una cartina della città con qualche consiglio sulle cose da vedere. A parte questi piccoli dettagli, la struttura è impeccabile e la pulizia eccellente. Consigliatissima!

Good apartment in a great location
Pros:

A nice and clean apartment in a great location. Easy walking to the train station and all the major sites. Excellent communication from hosts.

Cons:

The Booking.com listing stated a washer and dryer in the room. After checking in we discovered there is ONE washer and dryer two floors down in a small closet area. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth always finding the machine in use. Finally managed to wash and dry our clothes. If I had known this beforehand I would have picked another rental.

Sehr gute Lage, große Unterkunft und viel Platz.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen könnte hin und wieder besser geputzt werden (z.B. Duschrinne), im Großen&Ganzen jedoch sauber!

Très bon choix à Grenade
Pros:

L’appartement est idéalement situé avec un lit très confortable et des sols magnifiques. Très beau !

Cons:

Le canapé dans le salon est vraiment inconfortable pour s’y asseoir. Le fait que le lave-linge et sèche linge sont dans une pièce partagée par les différents appartements loués et non dans l’appartement lui-même.
