Nice old modernized inn near the center of town
Pros:

The room is very nice and unique in that this is a redo on an old house. They have a nice sitting room and front porch. Continental breakfast is self-serve. The best part is its location just a block away from downtown Potsdam, and near both Universities.

Cons:

My only suggestions for improvement are an in-room mini-fridge, and more options for breakfast such as fruit.

the house is decorated so lovely, very clean, nice communal kitchen, good breakfast options. friendly staff. yard outside and parking lot. close to market street restaurants and hospital. everything i needed was there.

Beautiful building, comfortable room, day long breakfast, and good coffee
Pros:

The location is great, right in the center of town, walking distance to Restaraunt. We stayed in the Ash room. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. The all day breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The shower stall was small, felt like a phone booth with a fire hose spraying in my face. The shower head was fixed which made it impossible to direct the spray away from my face.

Our second visit here and can’t say enough good things about it. Beautifully maintained property with wonderful amenities. My favorite is the heated bathroom floors. They have drinks and mixers breakfast and coffee. TVs in the rooms, great WiFi access, individually controlled heat/ac. What a pleasure to stay here again in such a cool beautiful town. The leaves turning is just magical. The businesses and restaurants around Market St are all within walking distance. Great experience again and I highly recommend.

Rooms have comfortable bedding and very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and soap are good quality. Coffee is good and options are oat milk, creamer, milk. Easy to walk to Clarkson. Continental breakfast of cereal, toast, peanut butter, jelly, bagels, apples and bananas.
