Employes need to stop making nois. Specially during night and early morning. Rooms need luggage stand and hangers. There are not many options on this area but fir one night is ok

Lo único que no me gustó es que a un lado del hotel hay una chatarrería. Y bien temprano empiezan a moler latas o que se yo, y hacen mucho ruido. Lo demás muy bien

Wrong reservation at arrival

Llegamos y nos tuvieron casi una hora esperando para darnos una habitación, porque según no estaba el gerente

Pague la reservacion llegue al lugar y no les salia nada de inf, y tu be que pagar en fectiv9

Muy limpio, solo que me tocó que en la madrugada había mucha gente en el estacionamiento hablaba muy fuerte , exagerado y nadie le decía nada a los huéspedes.

This property was a terrible experience as soon as I tried to check in. They made me wait 40 minutes because they couldn’t see my reservation through Expedia. They were able to give me a room but I had to stay in the room until they had received the confirmation. Took about 2 hours. The ac was not cold at all. It was blowing hot air. I notified front desk and they sent the maintenance guy and he turned it on which was no different from what I did. You can’t leave the place unless you leave your key at the front desk, every time you need to go out. The staff is so noisy throughout the day and night, not allowing you to sleep because they are talking and laughing especially at night. A lot of people coming in an out also keep you up almost like there’s a room that has some kind of party or club going on. The water from the shower is not hot at all. No accessories such as hair dryer or iron. I had booked for 4 nights and only stayed one. Definitely not going back. Sucks that it was a total waste of money.

Se hizo la reserva en línea pero en recepción y su gerente desconocían al respecto, se tuvo que mostrar documento y después de varios minutos aceptaron. Se apartó habitación con tarjeta y en sitio comentaron que el cobro era en efectivo (tipo rancho), como si los huéspedes anduvieran cargando fajo de billetes para pagar (para eso son las tarjetas). Al solicitar factura en su página no son corteses, tal parece que le hacen un favor al huésped, cuando la razón de ser del local es por los huéspedes, muy mal.
