Da apprezzare che l'hotel sia di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria Tenmabashi da cui siamo arrivati.
La stanza era piuttosto stretta, angusta e poco luminosa. Colazione di scarsa qualità e poca disponibilità alla soddisfazione del cliente. Per avere la stanza alle 14.00 invece che alle 15.00 perché ero infortunata, ci sono stati chiesti 1000 yen in più. Insomma, non siamo stati contenti.

Sehr ruhig
We travelled in August 2026, a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 10-year olds). We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room with 2 Sofa Beds that was simply excellent for our needs! The beds were very comfortable, the shower amazing and there was a washer/drier in our room! There was plenty of space for all our luggage, nightware was also provided and the cosmetics and other amenities (e.g. coffee maker, water, sink etc) in the room really made the stay wonderful. We had purchased breakfast at the hotel that was also very good. The location is very convenient as it is just across the street from the train station that also serves metro lines. We took a direct train from there to Kyoto for a day trip and we also travelled very easily (no transfer) to Osaka main station. Downtown Osaka is also easy to reach via the metro and Osaka castle is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There was a 7-11 and Family Mart a few metres away and also the mall right across the street and on top of the train station. Overall an excellent stay.
