Clean, close to metro station and a mall across the street. Lots of food option in the morning and nice staff.

Cons:

Bed was too hard, pillows bad, didn’t like them at all. The double room is really really small.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The location is fantastic! It is opposite the station for both the metro and the Keihan line. There is also an airport limousine bus going to Kansai airport directly across the mall on the side of the mall. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The soft serve ice cream machine at breakfast was fantastic and really made the breakfasts special.
