24/7 check in, support from the stuff, booking taxi transfer from/to the airport, clean and nice room

Have booked a room at last moment as arrived to Chisinau at 3:20 a.m. and my following flight was at 14:55 (too long to stay at the airport after long drive by bus). Appreciated to the hotel - all was excellent!!! They have confirmed my booking and were all the time in touch to support and answer questions. Have helped to book transfer from the airport (20€). And driver then has contacted me - so I had a nice feeling being so welcomed and being cared during staying with IRIS hotel! 100% recommend this hotel! New, clean, nice rooms and all the team will make your stay very comfortable 🙏🏻

Cons:

Ужасное постельное белье ( синтетическое) , и полотенца. Душевые шланги поломаны.

Мы были в этом же отеле,только 3 звезды,ничем не хуже,чем 4,отличие только в квадратуре номера,тройки ближе к аэропорту,
Pros:

Удобно что стойка регистрации круглосуточная,есть лифт,приветливый персонал,удобный матрас

Отель абсолютно не тянет на 4 звезды((( шумо изоляции нет вообще! Даже если спокойно разговаривать,слышно в соседний номер,в номере не было даже бутылочки воды-она платная,чайника нет,фен был сломан,дул только холодный воздух,подушки очень низкие,постель синтетика,если выключить свет,можно увидеть искры)))отель очень старый,все старое,далеко до аэропорта
