Pros:

Приветливый персонал, помогли напечатать билет на поезд. Быстрое решение вопросов. Помогли с трансфером от аэропорта

В моём номере в ванной комнате на стенах плесень, особенно в душевой кабине. Сам душ нужно снимать и брать в руки, чтобы банально помыть голову и покупаться. Если он стоит на стойке, то вода попадает куда угодно, но только не вниз на человека.
Полотенца невероятно сильно пахнут хлоркой, дышать невозможно. Ночью они висят в ванной и на утро было невозможно зайти в комнату, воняло хлоркой невозможно.
Холодильник в номере был убитый, внутри в двери сквозная дыра. Сам он был очень горячим снаружи, над ним стоит телевизор который из-за этого сильно нагревается. Холодильник не холодный, его давно пора заменить.
На телевизоре не было сигнала, нельзя было вообще включить канал какой-то или что-то посмотреть.
Постельное белье уже старое. Наволочки были без змейки сзади (а она там должна быть, но не рабочая), из-за этого сползала постоянно с подушки. Постельное в нитках и тоже есть запах хлорки. Чувствительным людям к запахам сюда нельзя.
Завтрак был пресный, выбор очень маленький. Но очень вкусный кофе!
