Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is decent, with Istiklal street nearby.

Cons:

The windows do not block outside noise well, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke coming from neighboring rooms. The pillows were uncomfortable, although they were replaced upon request, which we appreciated. The furniture and appliances in the room felt outdated.

Świetny hotel miła obsługa
Pros:

Pokój jest mały ale ma wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo miły właściciel. Pokój jest czysty. Jest winda więc nie trzeba się martwić że jest wysoko. Dojście do taksim jest banalnie proste 5 minut i na miejscu (busy metro itd.) w okolicy jest sporo restauracji i sklepów.

Overall very bad because of noises (in and out of the hotel), gaslighting staff, and no refund.
Pros:

Location is near Taksim main road, a little bit steep to get there. We took the family suite, not bad overall in terms of furniture, wifi and other amenities. Staff are generally friendly.

Cons:

Very busy area day & night. Sound proof is almost non-existent inside the hotel and outside. You can hear people going up and down the stairs or moving the building. So if you are sensitive to sounds, you will have a hard time as we did.

Another thing, staff did lie to us about the sounds and gaslighting that there is no one on the upper floor. However, we were clearly listening at kids running and jumping which was extremly annoying.

First day, i made the claim to the reception, the guy said that the room above us checked out today and we won't have any more issues.

Second day, i made another claim and the same guy turned the story into there is no one above us for 2 days and he turned from a friendly staff into a rude one.

We had to check out on the 2nd day due to all these noises and got into a better quiter hotel. And we didn't get any refund for the rest of week reservation so we got charge 4 extra nights that we didn't stay there.

Pros:

The location is great, very close to Taksim Square, and you can easily walk to the city center for a stroll. The room has a large bed and a sofa bed, which is very convenient. 🏙️

Amazing
Pros:

I think I had the smallest room in the hotel, but still I loved it. All worked perfectly. I LOVED THE VIEW BY WINDOW.

Отличное расположение, до метро Таксим около 5 минут. Рядом полно ночных кафе и магазинов. В номере есть всё, чего жаждет душа путешественника. Чайник, фен, удобная кровать, даже лифт. Номер нормального размера, чистый, с балконом с отличным видом. Если придираться, то фен можно было получше, ну и лейку душа нормально зафиксировать. Но это прям мелочи, которые и не напрягают особо. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный.
