The location and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel needs to add more warmth to their service and increase customer experience. They can improve by getting customer luggage from the car as soon as they see guests arriving at the hotel. We had to ask the guard to get the luggage off the car. Also, there was no luggage trolley and the bags were being dragged and some of them fell on the way

I really liked the property’s excellent location, very close to the Statue of Belief. The rooftop pool offers a stunning clear view of the statue, which was a highlight of the stay. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, the room service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
