De quase tudo, principalmente da equipe de limpeza dos quartos!!

Cons:

Não gostei da recepção, foi um pouco confuso, cobrou um valor alto que não estava nos planos, acabou me prejudicando nos passeios.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht so gut sauber ! Essen im Restaurant Katastrophe! Service vorne an der Tür nicht gut ! Gar nicht die Tür aufgemacht lieber am Telefon rumgespielt!

Parfait - j'ai adoré revoir NYC
Pros:

C'était parfait - la seule chose c'est que les déjeuné sont extrêmes cher à l'hôtel (1 expresso + 1 expresso double = USD 18.00 + tips total USD 22.00). De plus, je n'ai pas obtenu le reçu qui aurait dû me parvenir par e-mail que je n'ai malheureusement pas obtenu (pour le check-out des frais supplémentaires). Merci ! Sinon hôtel vraiment top !

A good hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location just off Times Square, the staff were excellent, the room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, wifi worked well.
Good access for the subway

Cons:

It was a little noisy at times with guest being disrespectful of checking out at 04:00 and the self closing door, close with a bang.

各フロアごとにアーチスト所縁の品が飾ってあり、楽しかった。
スタッフの方も丁寧な対応でした。

Cons:

トイレがウォシュレットなら最高だったのに。
室内のタブレットの「hey alexa」がバイリンガルだったらよかったのに。

The hotel is beautiful with unpleasant staff
Pros:

Breakfast was not included. When I sat down in the eating area, I had to look for staff to order food. I also had to get my own utensils, salt, and pepper, and the staff were rude.

Cons:

The staff at the hotel were rude and unpleasant to talk to. While the hotel is very beautiful and luxurious, the way the staff treated guests was disappointing. The wait times for luggage pickup were outrageous, and the staff's demeanor was quite unprofessional. This negative aspect was the main thing I disliked about my stay. If it weren't for the staff, it would truly be a wonderful hotel.
