Desde el momento del Check In recibimos una bienvenida muy amable. El motivo de nuestra visita era para celebrar nuestro aniversario, y por eso nos dieron un upgrade a una habitacion con balcon y mas grande. Todo el personal fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estadia, recomiendo el desayuno (el cual tiene un descuento al valor normal diario por la estadia). La ubicacion es espectacular, las habitaciones muy limpias y siempre bien arregladas; la cama es MUY COMODA. Recomiendo al 100% este hotel y a todo su personal.

Man zahlt für die Lage und den Namen
Pros:

Super ordentlich und grosse Zimmer für die Lage. Typisch Hard Rock Ausstattung. Super sicher mit viel Personal und alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit

Cons:

Frühstück inbegriffen aber pro Zimmer ist das Limit 100$ was sich viel anhört, bei einem Kaffee von ca 8$ und Gerichten von der Karte oder Buffet von rund 30$ aber bei 3 Personen im Zweibettzimmer sofort aufgebraucht war. Trinkgeld muss man separat zahlen.

Great manager location, marvelou valet parking excellent

Enjoyable stay in the heart of midtown NYC
Pros:

We have used this hotel previously and we like the location and the brand.

Cons:

Unfortunately this time there didn’t appear to be enough staff working in the bar or restaurant which led to long waits to be served.

Lack of customer service
Pros:

My checkout bill was substantially different to that quoted when booked. I have sent numerous emails without any response. There appear to be an awful lot of hidden charges/taxes. I’m afraid that my overall experience was not as expected.
