Definitivamente un 10/10 el lugar es seguro, cómodo, moderno, a 1 cuadra del times square y de todo lo que rodea esa área , te sientes totalmente en un verdadero hotel que piensan en el huésped, puedes dejar tus cosas al final de tu estancia mientras puedes disfrutar de Mannhatan y más tarde recoger tus cosas para tu regreso a tu hogar.

Great shower! Almost as big as the room…
For weeks before arrival the regular invites to customise this, upgrade that… and when we took a room on the higher floor with a larger window to see the Times Square celebrations… it was just a lie. Only if you put your face to the glass could you see a slice of an LED billboard. Very poor!
Concierge was generally unhelpful and just wanted us to buy upgrades, or wasn’t really interested.
We met a couple from Florida who found just the same.
A very disappointing 6/10 - must try harder!
The rooms had very nice decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel was very nice. Great central location!
I didn't appreciate the $200 charge to get in my room at 10:00 am. (5 hours earlier than check in). My granddaughter and I had taken the red eye from Los Angeles and we were exhausted. So I paid the exorbitant fee. I felt gouged.
I feel that a hotel of this caliber can provide a magnifying mirror attached to the wall for those of us who wear glasses. It is difficult to put on contact lenses when you can't see.
Your breakfast menu choices could be a bit better.
Only complaint was a half marathon going on so the roads to the hotel were blocked off and we could not access it. Arrived in the city at 11am and could not access hotel until 3pm. We ended up having to find a parking garage until roads opened and then had to pay additional valet fees for a different garage. No fault to the hotel but they were given a schedule so a heads up to arrivals for that day would have been nice so we were prepared. We were driving in the city.
Cleanliness, location, service.
It was first class stay and couldn’t recommend it any higher than I have . Fantastic service from all staff at hotel with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I would say no one could touch this hotel. I would give it 5 star service and facilities, thanks for making my first stay in New York perfect.
In a word nothing .i can’t fault anything from arriving to checking out.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich Top. Leider ist der Service die absolut Katastrophe. Ich habe beim Check out mehrmals darauf bestanden eine Rechnung zu bekommen, immer wieder sagte die Dame der Zahlungsbeleg von booking würde reichen. Aber nein dieser reicht nicht. Sie wollte mir absolut keine Rechnung ausstellen und nun reagiert die Unterkunft auf keinerlei Anfragen seit Wochen!!!!
