Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist an sich Top. Leider ist der Service die absolut Katastrophe. Ich habe beim Check out mehrmals darauf bestanden eine Rechnung zu bekommen, immer wieder sagte die Dame der Zahlungsbeleg von booking würde reichen. Aber nein dieser reicht nicht. Sie wollte mir absolut keine Rechnung ausstellen und nun reagiert die Unterkunft auf keinerlei Anfragen seit Wochen!!!!

Pros:

It was first class stay and couldn’t recommend it any higher than I have . Fantastic service from all staff at hotel with absolutely no issues whatsoever. I would say no one could touch this hotel. I would give it 5 star service and facilities, thanks for making my first stay in New York perfect.

Cons:

In a word nothing .i can’t fault anything from arriving to checking out.

De quase tudo, principalmente da equipe de limpeza dos quartos!!

Não gostei da recepção, foi um pouco confuso, cobrou um valor alto que não estava nos planos, acabou me prejudicando nos passeios.

Das Bett war gut

Cons:

Zimmer nicht so gut sauber ! Essen im Restaurant Katastrophe! Service vorne an der Tür nicht gut ! Gar nicht die Tür aufgemacht lieber am Telefon rumgespielt!
