Terrible service and not very accommodating. The room was filled with mildew and no proper ventilation. There was no facilities whatsoever and the host wouldnt even give me an iron, which was sitting in the reception area. I can only say that the cleaning staff was friendly but thats about it. Wont be staying here again.

Cuidado con estos sitios web.
Pros:

No recomiendo este sitio web porque pague más de lo que anuncian, metí una aclaración que no solucionaron, se pasaron la bolita entre ellos y el hotel.
La estancia fue la peor experiencia, la habitación tenía fuga de agua en la regadera, la chapa de la puerta del baño no funcionaba (lo reporte de inmediato pero no lo atendieron a tiempo) mi acompañante entró en una crisis porque se ducho y no pudo salir del baño, así que rompió un acrílico de la puerta para poder salir (el cual el hotel tuvo el descaro de cobrarlo) y se pagó al hacer el Check out.
La puerta principal del hotel la cierran a las 11 pm y en fin de semana salimos al antro, al regresar a descansar tocamos un timbre que está en la puerta y tardaron más de 20 minutos en abrirnos, jamas se disculparon. Para emergencias no está adecuado este hotel a pesar de tener buena ubicación.

Great hotel in the middle of town
Pros:

Very nice and clean place, right in the middle of the Main Street in Tulum. Rooms are beautiful and in good conditions. Staff are also very helpful.
The mashing machine makes a little too much noise in the late evening though.
