A wonderful Adults only hotel.

Quite a nice lodgings that is conveniently located for Puerto Penasco

I'd certainly stay here again.
Pros:

Pleasant and helpful desk staff. I tried my limited Spanish on them, but think I could've got by OK in English alone.

No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: mattress sufficiently firm, pillows neither too bulky nor too thin. Temperature control worked well. Good lighting for working at desk and for reading in bed. Plenty of hot water; high shower head, so this six-footer didn't have to stoop. No problems with noise. Good location, within easy walking distance of Playa Mirador and of the harbor.

The hotel provided in-room bottled water and coffee pods. The housekeeper replenished them quickly, and swept the room after I'd tracked in some sand.

Cons:

One small complaint: no microwave in the room. But overall, a great place.

Excellent stay except for not ejecting drunk couple.
Pros:

Clean, friendly, loved hot tub and service

Cons:

One drunk couple that needed to go, not following rules and drunk every night. Passes out in hot tub, arguing loudly constantly, female running around naked.

Lovely stay, close to the beach action
Pros:

Location can't be beat--it's a 5-minute walk from the beach. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The pool/hot tub combo was lovely and super relaxing. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Mini-split kept room cool without being noisy.

Cons:

Bed was pretty hard. Investing in newer mattresses would be good. A television would be nice as well.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the glass tiled pool. It sparked in the sun. All of the staff were friendly and so helpful. The bar had a limited selection of hard alchol, which is understandable due to the size of the property. There is a Beach club in walking distance that serves great food and drinks with probably the best Chille Relleno I have had in years!
There is no television in the hotel rooms.

The staff went over and above what was expected to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What a beautiful, clean little gem of a hotel! We will be back, for sure.
